Which is so weird to me. A lot of the men I talked to are your typical single young to young-ish man and they said they had no problems with finding her guilty....probably thinking in their minds of past women they dealt with and grateful they didn't run into someone like her in their wild-oat sowing past or present. Men are so strange...lol

That is why jury selection is so crucial. Trials unfortunately are less times about the law and more about which people you can effect emotionally based on their views of the world. Some people have experts that put together mock juries just for this reason, and lawyers have to know how to present the case without alienating people... it is a lot of psychology of people.

Juan is a great lawyer, sometimes his passion can be polarizing, and that is what JA is relying on. That one person who feels sorry for her when he "yells" at her, or feels he is too hardcore. Just one more way she will try and manipulate to play a victim.

Because she can't control Juan and the graphic pictures??? The media was sure her friend post-conviction interview and the "trust me, no jury will ever convict me" interview.

Basically, she was an unemployed part-time waitress with no education.
