What is great about Juan is that he keeps the witness slightly off-balance, never knowing exactly where he is leading them with his questioning. I can tell (as much as is possible from tweets) that the wheels in Dr F's head are spinning trying to guess what his intention is on these questions... and she can't do it, because Juan is always four or five steps ahead of her.

Martinez' questions are hard to understand, about documents no one has seen. Seems mostly to be building the fluster factor at this point.
