Apparently, objective = Because the defendant says so. :biggrin:

I'm going to be objective too. She'd rather get death than life, it's the ultimate freedom, and she'd rather have her freedom just as soon as she can get it. (The defendant said so and hey, I'm objective!)

So...this sentencing trial is happening why again?

If jurors believe a word Dr. F said on the stand it will only be because they chose to ignore the Greek chorus of truth that is JM.

I know they are discussing it in court but try to keep the comments to what they are discussing only because posters are very sensitive about how others view their religions and we must be respectful of that. So just try to keep it about what is going on in the court room. Thanks, Lambchop

Didn't Nurmi show the "dr" the photo of JA and Travis in the water? The one where she has her hands around his neck? That was taken while with the Freemans, yes? Anyone seeing that photo can tell that there was something more going on between JA and Travis than just friends.

Yea Juan !!! Let her have it since she deserves it and was asking for it the whole time she testified.

For those that know a lot of the details of this case we could tell she was purposely giving a slanted view of the relationship. Its now Juans turn to help the jury understand the truth and not let the jury get misleaded.

Anything less apparently means Jodi was hidden away.
