That's what they're saying. But it ain't so for reasons JSS hopefully understands.....including what AZL said...nobody knew that files were modified by 2009 access. I find it impossible to believe Dworkin didn't know a 2008 image existed. It would have been listed in the evidence logs.

I actually think its entirely reasonable the jury is being asked to weigh whether or not her mental problems are mitigating enough to spare her life. I don't think anyone disputes that she has problems, including DeMarte.

Oh I agree, she definitely has problems. None of this BS, in my opinion has anything to do with why she is where she is now.

I'm kinda scared/hoping mitigation brings up the dog, cat, and brother.

The cat was fluffy! It asked to be squeezed! Jodi was reminded of the patriarchal chains that insert male name placed upon her so she kicked The Dog. Her brother screamed loudly, so she had to strike him.

On June 4, 2008, Travis Alexander was fluffy, screamed, and held poor Jodi down with his patriarchal chains of oppression. She had to kill him. And stuff. And um sign language. Spanish lessons. Book clubs.

Mitigating factors! 2017!

Please tell me I'm wrong.

(Well, DUH. She's going to try to answer both tests the same way.)

Oh I agree, she definitely has problems. None of which, in my opinion have to do with why she is where she is now.

I think that they do. They just don't, imo, excuse in the slightest what she chose to do of her own free will and with her clear enough mind.

I just don't get the whole mitigation thing- to my non-legal mind, there is NOTHING that can lessen the seriousness of what she did, and no excuse at all, ever.
They should just sentence her and be done with it! IMO
