I' read somewhere that it won't be released to the media/public UNTIL JA is back on the stand for cross, or if she refuses to testify. I'm not sure if that's correct?? Is AZL still here? We need to ask her it that is true.

I've already asked about that. This is what BK claims apparently. But AZL seems to feel that JSS must release it immediately.

At the same time there was a tweet from William Pitts I believe that indicates they are going to call for an emergency hearing to get it released or something like that?

It's all as clear as mud. Pretty much like the rest of the trial.

I can guarantee you that if she was abused by anyone, then the DT would have been able to get corroborating evidence from somewhere. How many millions of $$$ have they gotten to find this evidence? Where is it DT?Just 1 solid piece of evidence of that JA was abused. If you don't have it, then go sit down please.

I wish Juan would call all their bluffs, and add Sandy and Bill Arias as a witness (can he?), and when they lie, pull out their interviews with EF. Guess defense will keep him on stand through Thursday. I feel bad for the jury. After this week, I bet there will be no trial days until January 2nd. Defense wants jury to think about Jodi's abuse during holidays. My guess is the jury already hates her. I am glad the holidays are coming up. Glad for the jury. Glad for us. (Maybe Santa will give JSS a backbone for Christmas but she has been so bad it's not likely he will even visit her.)

For future reference, to save time and money, perhaps the good state of AZ can just have the jury in a second penalty phase watch the video of the first trial, including the sentencing phase, and see if they come up with a unanimous verdict.

No more do overs that allow for completely new and ever changing testimony/lies.

And by the way, reporters don't get punished for having sources and breaking stories. They keep their jobs and sometimes even get raises.

I knew JSS would hold that transcript. I guess they're going say they're preparing it. I thought I read weeks ago she asked someone to get it prepared after the COA decision first came down.

And Nurmi's been reclinating and collecting his extremely high salary for the past two days to do nothing other than to swat at JM a couple of times. So he's all good to go for the holidays I'm sure.
