Geffner admits he did not personally interview 23 of these people. What I want to know is - did they all sign affidavits regarding the truth and content of their interviews? Are the comments merely cherry picked from the interviewer's notes? Were they ever advised that their words would be used in court, in the mitigating phase?

I wonder if Wilmott did not let Juan know who they interviewed.....10 people?!?!

Yes, Geffner had 100 pages of notes delivered to Juan @ 11pm night before trial
Juan had 1 hr interview - that didn't happen in morning so postponed til yesterday afternoon.

Geffners notes were only a "summary" of his previous work according to JW
