Okay, what is the jury learning about Jodi Ann Arias for mitigation? Her paid experts appear biased and less than truthful. She shows no remorse or emotion and recalls ridiculous and irrelevant facts in her personal secret testimony. The experts are moved around in a shell game type pattern to keep the prosecutor from properly cross examining said experts and defendant. Her first non paid expert affidavit is being torn to shreds and is apparently outright lies and deceits, Have I missed anything?

After reading that he said "crap!" when he did it a third time, I agree it's just slipping out.

I don't know for sure yet. My dad was an attorney and he would say " Oh &*^$" after accidentally on purpose letting something slip in front of the jury. If he really wanted the jury to know something, sometimes that was the only way.

I dont think this was for the benefit of the jury. But i do think he wants to be able to battle with Nurmi over the issue of this particular witness remaining anonymous. Not quite fair considering he is online publicly announcing his part in the trial as a witness. So if Juan slips and says his name, and Nurmi makes a motion, they get to argue the merits again.

It's just hard to keep remembering to say "this witness." His name is on his brain but he has to replace it with something else. I think it just highlights the absurdity of anonymous witnesses.

Is there a court order that these witness affidavits are to be kept anonymous? Juan Martinez doesn't make mistakes like this...3 times? No way. JMO
