This is beyond irritating to say the least. I just yesterday re-watched Deanna's cross by Nurmi from the first trial. He asked her directly about her sexual relationship with Travis and she answered truthfully, admitting to it. I wonder if Juan can play that for the jury?

If they had given her a direct question "have YOU slept with Travis" she'd have answered the truth. They asked a very round about..were you aware there were others...that could be interpretted so many different ways.

JW is being tough on DR. DR says the question didn't ask about her own relationship. DR agrees that she first admitted a sexual relationship with TA was under oath in 2013. DR insists that it was never asked of her before that.

Page 30 of the transcript (the previous was page 14). On page 30 DR says "that's correct" to the question that she's not aware of TA having sex with anyone other than Jodi.
