The defense is silly. We got some new information from this witness yesterday so instead of taking a few hours to go over it we need days to go over it and we need to get our witnesses up to speed so that'll take another couple days and you know, we think they should just be precluded altogether 'cause that shady.

Agree, not only all that but, now we have to call back our 2 witness for a sur-rebuttal!!!!!!!!!!! Let's keep this going all year! YEAH! I don't understand how they can do all this!

Why aren't the Hughes couple put on the stand to answer for themselves?

I assume because of what they said to Nurmi and co. regarding the alleged pedophilia when they were interviewed.

I've wondered that too...Only thing I can think of is that the emails critical of Travis could really be emphasized again and make them look they "changed their stories" after the fact. That's the only reason I can think of that they aren't witnesses.

Well they get a rebuttal anyway and I expect them to recall them both, anyway; though I'd think one would be enough since they both said the exact same thing. Let's just hope they don't take six days each again with days and days in between.

I thought they were still going after PTSD.....which iirc one of the criteria is "avoidance" as it is with DV right? So now they ARE admitting BPD? And what happened to Bi-polar?

Does defense even HAVE A PLAN?

Shady, they have both PTSD/DV and BPD listed as mitigators.

And as far as Bi-Polar goes, Geffner threw that out there during his testimony in what I believe is another ploy in the DT's "throw everything against the wall and see what sticks" strategy.

Chris calling Nurmi a snake....truth....but, then he'd have to explain why he called him a snake which brings in the *advertiser censored* allegation. Which the person called a snake lied about. He should ask if the school she got her diploma from is still in existence (unlike Dr. F and her "degree" from PSPS) and whether she has been a speaker at a conference with JW, Geff, LaViolette and/or Fonseca.
