Indicia of qualifications under Rule 15.9 are as follows:
2.1.1.1.2.1
Applicant shall possess either:
2.1.1.1.2.1.1 Fifteen (15) years of experience working as a mitigation specialist or fifteen (15) years of experience in mental health services; social services; or juvenile and/or adult
probation services;
2.1.1.1.2.1.2 Bachelor’s degree (or higher degree) in social work or social services, nursing, psychology, education, counseling, criminal justice, or related field(s); and five (5) years
experience as a mitigation specialist.

The jury isn't going to wonder why the Bishop brought an attorney to court. They're going to wonder why other State witnesses didn't since they've all been accused of crimes and/or serious ethical violations.

What is really sad about this is KN is twisting the truth, Dr. D is most certainly allowed to count her hours of internship or practicum under a supervising psychologist's license as years of experience--she did the freaking work!!!!!!! SMH at the antics and duplicity of this DT

Oh how I wish JM would call the delightful Dr. Jill Hayes in to make that point. The contrast between DeMarte/Hayes vs. Fonseca/Geffner would speak volumes.
