He did not specifically look to see if the computer has been accessed on a certain date; however he runs a type of scan that retrieves OS system info; last log on, install date etc. When he goes thru the process -he was aware the computer was accessed on June __ at 4:00 approximately. (did he say 9th or 19th?) couldn't hear date.

lol....BK "guessed" correctly who the mystery witness was....probably thanks to MK. Maybe Maria clued them in while chit chatting on the steps outside.

Public portion of court gallery is full with #JodiArias court watchers. Several former jurors are also in court #abc15

Dworkin says he learned early on to use peer reviewed court-accepted programs. He has not seen a case where autopsy was used. He wants to use the same tools as LE to see if he gets different results; then others that are court-accepted to see if he gets different results.

Nice. Logical, and it makes the use of Autopsy sound odd.

Juan wants to know if Dworkin had noticed the laptop was accessed on June 19th, 2009 #jodiarias #3tvarias

4 male jurors taking notes. The one who is not is the guy who listens intently - skinny goatee.

computer turned on 3:58:59 pm according to his notes.
access was terminated 4:10:20 pm

He is sure it was not at 10 pm. He is sure of the information in his notes he just used to refresh memory and testify.

Ha, ha...the cross on this should be hilarious.

On one hand I appreciate that Juan is discrediting any and all allegations of child *advertiser censored* (I mean really we've even had analysis over whether or not Travis could have been on his knees!), another part of me wishes we could just move along!

No doubt this computer stuff is two fold. Disputing *advertiser censored* yes, however I believe the most important thing JM is doing with this testimony is making sure everything is covered in response to any attempt at an appeal based on the computer. Which is ridiculous since it doesn't really play into this murder at all, but any claims of prosecutorial misconduct, evidence tampering, incorrectly handled evidence or evidence testified to, whether accidental or intentional, must be dealt with now so that it doesn't become an issue 10 years down the road when all this information is not available.

Hopefully when or if her lawyers on appeal say "and what about the computer evidence" they can be shut right down as everything has been gone over ad nauseum and there is NO misconduct on the part of anyone. There is also nothing on that computer that would have changed the outcome of this conviction. I think that has been established. This last witness just covers everyone involved in that evidence and gets all statements on record.

MOO

To answer this specific question: he did the exam last night but it was not new information to him.
But the specifics of it are a result of what he did last night.

Willmott objects "irrelevant" but overruled.
He continues. #JodiArias

Sizzlin' again. #JodiArias

Exactly what I was thinking. Why use something that even LE seems to have not used and other peers have not vetted! It was a great point to get in.
