A matter of style. Hopefully the jurors prefer brisk to plodding, which summarizes Nurmi's approach. I also am getting the impression JM is simply fed up with the DT's delays, insults, and defense based on defamatory and cruel fictions.

I just read somewhere else, that there will only be three days of trial this week. Mon. Tues. and Thurs. Does anyone know why they are not having trial on Wed.??

Don't know why but the 29th off was in the original schedule (as are some days in November).

Here we go again. There's some comfort in knowing that these are the very last days CMJA will ever wear civilian clothes, be around normal people, take a ride, be able to manipulate an audience, be out of a cell for hours at a time.

This will make me very happy. Thanks for reminding us that there is an end to this circus and Travis will get the justice he deserves.
