#TravisAlexander's family in court wearing blue ribbonns. Fronnt two rows full.

'Bout damn time they gave an F you to the Arias clan and their ridiculous purple domestic violence ribbons. I would have understood if no ribbons were allowed (for either side) but the fact the DT and the Arias clan went to the judge to have the Alexander family remove their ribbons and then turn around and sport their purple ribbons ticked me off to no end.

Nurm: when the state brought in evidence he talked about testimony of Dr. F and we'll get to that later.

But remember when state was x-examing Dr. F about she didn't suffer in silence. It was about Jodi's responses.

The state yesterday talked about JA wanting to scratch TA - it was reality -

State said Dr. G just accepted everything Jodi said, but he said they need to accept reality.

Can someone please tell me what the mitigation specialist does? I thought she might get up and speak, but did she just put together the list of mitigating factors? If so why is she still getting paid to sit there? Has she done anything?

Any other case I would agree but this case always goes against logic. Logic says they have said it all and there is nothing left for them to say, but histroy tells us having nothing to say has not stopped these people from talking nonstop for days on end. I really hope you are right! I do not expect it to take long for the jury to come back.

Well, the one upside to all of that that they put us through is that Jodi cannot come back and win an Ineffectiveness of Counsel claim, that they did not do their jobs. Much as Nurmi and Wilmott may hate her, they certainly put on a "full" defense of what she wanted, awful as it was. It will be worth all the trashing of Travis and delays in the end when Jodi receives Death.
