N: this is not the entire picture - she was snide and a total ***** as a teenager right? Keep in mind the total picture. She was being abused by parents, had knife held to her throat, basically - of course she will act like that because she was so abused.

Can someone please tell me what the mitigation specialist does? I thought she might get up and speak, but did she just put together the list of mitigating factors? If so why is she still getting paid to sit there? Has she done anything?

I would like to know too. So far it seems this one chats with Jodi, has questionable dealings and tweets all day long.
