No prior criminal history so she went straight to Murder 1. No stealing the morning paper from a neighbors porch or lip gloss from a dept store yep straight to Murder 1.

JMHO I'm pretty sure she committed some other crimes like slashing tires she just wasn't caught.

Maybe that was Jodi giving Travis a chance to change his mind between each picture? It really doesn't matter does it? Do you think the jurors are going to buy the she had plenty of time and chances and she didn't?
