So it sounds like it's only a stay but they're already considering the big motion to open the courtroom.

No. That Stephens has good grounds for denying. It's holding a completely secret trial without media present that she can't do. She could even keep out the public but cannot keep the press out.

I am so confused, because Nurmi did say that he wasn't worried about testimony getting out later because the threat while on stand was immediate due to twitter. was he worried about LAV getting a threat and wanting off the stand. OHhhh, my brain.

I was going to ask you if you thought the secret witness was jodi. I'm leaning more towards LaViolette or one of Jodi's sibs.

Ooooooh, just had a thought, does this mean if JSS issued a bad ruling, that Jodi's secret testimony can be striken from the record, and the jury instructed to disregard????

They should be instructed to disregard it anyway...

Complete waste of time. KN knew this ruling at COA was going to side with the constitution. He in fact had 4 days to prepare for the alternative. This means, if he cant have super secret witnesses, then they have no case and nobody to call. Back to the drawing board tonight.

There probably are no other mitigating witnesses, secret or not! Gotta dig some up overnight.
