Okay I read it but his innuendos are disgusting. Maria said the defense was with the prosecutor and detective at all times so no one is guilty of wrongdoing here. So Nurmis attempts to claim ineffective counsel wont work. Nor will the attempts to say police or prosecutor deleted files. Those were Trojan files. Would like to hear JSS just once tell Nurmi to sit down and shut up.

Agree. They're still trying to say Juan and Flores did the deletions ("I definitely didn't stay until 5:00!"). That is a bold, bold accusation. The *advertiser censored* was a virus. End of. Nothing of importance was deleted anyway. Juan wasn't accusing you Schaffer, he was saying the deletions happened on your watch.

If Kiefer's reporting is true and the witness Dr. F specializes in "unusual sexual proclivities" doesn't that kind of make it clear her testimony is bias toward her specialty? Wouldn't someone specializing is common sexual proclivities be better at stating if something is unusual? IDK, it just seems like a very odd specialty which says something considering I work in Urology which does have some odd corners of specialty.

The phone "went off" as in rang? Why on earth would KN conclude then that the phone was recording just becasue it made a sound? It's like his preposterous claims that the jury goes home and watches the news about the trial each night.
