Revisit Photo of Caylee Crying in Red Shirt - was it the last ever taken?

Yes, I was posting on those threads, which is why I said let's revisit it now.

That's why I wanted to put it up with its own thread now. It's good to look at it by itself, now that we've seen and read so very much about this case.
I've been wondering about potential witnesses who might say that they saw Casey, without Caylee, around midnight at the end of that Sunday Father's Day at a hotel/motel - I can't remember who has said this or where, but I know I've heard it - anyone have more information on who might be a witness for the SA who can place Casey at some hotel/motel late Father's Day, around midnight???

The first time I heard this it came from LP on the NG show. I wonder if this has anything to do with this motel?

We did not in those earlier days threads, and if you actually go to those threads now, as I did, the graphics are unavailable. I think a poster had put something in that was too large graphicswise for the margins of the WS pages and the photos were deleted.

As far as when, I'm hoping that some of our computer forensics gurus might be able to help. According to scared monkeys, this photo was taken directly from Casey's photobucket - so that's about all I know re: its origin.

If you can tell m e where the thread with the blown margins is I can retrieve the pictures.

I'll have to go digging - it was in September/October. I don't keep subscriptions to the threads in my emails, so it's labor intensive. I searched posts for Caylee and crying and picture and last - you can only imagine how time consuming it was. Bet you could find it faster than I!

The reason some thought it was the last photo of Caylee was because it was one of the very last photos posted to KC's account of Caylee. A few before the "apple skull"...........Some deducted that might have been the night of the family battle at Cindy's.

KC was taped in a motel/hotel parking lot later that night. What has not been revealed is if Caylee was with her or not at that time.

Any specifics on Casey's photos re: deleted photos that could account for this one having gone missing?

Honest to goodness, after reading/hearing the depo's today, it crossed my mind that KC would not only have taken that picture, but would have sent it to CA to 'punish' her.

And then I think of CA's MySpace post.

And Casey's 'Everyone lies' post.

And then I think, "You don't KNOW what my involvement is Mom?"

And then I back out of this thread before I say more of what I think.

There's been speculation about why Casey would've been at a hotel/motel that evening around midnight, after leaving in such a storm...with no Caylee in VISIBLE SIGHT...

Casey was on her cell phone talking to Tony until 3 a.m. Her cell phone pinged from in or around her parent's house.

According to JWG, Casey downloaded a picture onto her photobucket account (picture or Fusian) from the Anthony computer at around 9 a.m. the morning of June 16. If she had already killed Caylee, I don't think Casey would be coming back to the Anthony house while George was still home to use their computer.

The case calendar thread has the pings for every day in June. We have a thread specifically about the pictures Casey loaded to her photobucket account on June 16 & 17 (June 16 picture of Fusian & June 17 picture of Casey & Tony together).On the SM site Tony L. answered questions and said LE told him Casey's cell pings put her in her parent's home the whole night of June 15.

That's so true Chezhire. Who would do that to a crying child who is reaching out and just wants to be comforted and held? My heart is breaking over this picture. How could anyone just stand there and snap a picture? That seems so cold and heartless to me.

I'll say this. IMO in a lot of photos, little Caylee just doesn't seem happy. Sometimes her smiles seemed "forced" or "hesitant" - like she was told to smile but she's not really sure it's really a "happy" moment or not. Maybe I'm just seeing things, but I don't see geniune happiness across that poor baby's face. I'm sure there were happy moments, but she seems unsure or scared in a lot of those photos. I'm sure her short little life was filled with a lot of contention and there's no doubt in my mind that she was confused and frightened. Who wouldn't be living in a household like that?

I was going to read to the current posts and, oddly enough, post the same thing you just did. I've apparently been looking more closely at photos now than I did before. It seems to me that the times Caylee looks genuinely happy, not forced or strained, is when she is NOT near KC. The majority of the pics that show KC and Caylee together, poor little Caylee has a sad, despondent look on her face, which KC cheeses it up. I totally agree with your thoughts.
