Busy, some won't believe it if someone else is arrested, tried, and convicted that Ronald didn't do it. There will be people who still swear he wasn't at work, didn't pick up Haleigh, and disposed of her near PDM, imo.

I have learned it is a losing battle. Some simply don't want to face the facts or have the truth come out.

I said this exact thing earlier tonight.

I guess my point was I do not see this as proof of violence, as there was no physical altercations in either - threats made is alot different than someone taking fists to someone.

I do realize fist were used in the latest incident - while I don't agree with fighting I need to see more info and if the SA decides to continue with the charges. Daughter missing for 6 months, the amount of stress being inflicted on this family is tremendous - they are human.

The poster's statement was that we only know of two instances in which Ron has lost his temper. Threats in an altercation that result in an arrest indicate that someone has lost control of his temper.

I'm done with this topic, Busy. I doubt that there is anything that I can say that will convince you that Ron certainly appears to have trouble with managing his anger.

SS -- I am new back to the Haleigh case after months, as you can tell. I have an open mind and I am on the fence. I am not CON RON or PRO RON. I am still making up my mind. He is not a saint to me, he has many faults and, as a sleuther my mind will not rest -- I am open to scrutinize him and re-scrutinize him.

Once the LE make an arrest, recover Haleigh and, present the case for trial then I will accept that. No prob.

Until then I am going to probe and explore and determine what involvement RC has in this, just because he has an alibi for certain periods does not mean I will give anyone a 100% blanket free pass.

My mind is not closed and I am not going to fit the facts to my opinion, my opinion is still forming. If RC supporters don't like that then you need to bear with me.

I want to go back to the new timeline & why TJH & Ron's attorney may both be right (depending on how lunch/breaks are calculated):

Ron's addy: Punched in at 5:00 (but might have been early by 30 to 45 min) = 10
TJH sources: Shift starts at 4:00 = 11 hour shifts

Shifts, breaks, lunch...we really need to hear from PDM.

I believe Ron's attorney that he punched in a 5:00, but is it possible he actually punched in late for his actual shift?? But no matter 5:00 it is!

Since we/LE don't know for sure when little Haleigh went missing...there is a glitch and that is probably why Ron hasn't been cleared by LE (although Ron is not a suspect)>

IMO we have clarity on who collected Haleigh from the bus stop and RC regarding the timeline , it is just various posters and bloggers who are not willing to accept the information just yet which I understand. LE has stated RC picked Haleigh up from bus stop, we now have LE, PDM, Attorney, TM all say RC was at work that night from 4pm - 3 am. I will take these peoples word for the information over emails and rumors.

How do we know RC was having problems with his friends or money problems before Haleigh went missing, other than all the rumors that people have been throwing around?

Correction there are witnesses to who picked Haleigh up that day, LE are aware of these "independent" witnesses. No we don't have LE ever saying Ron was at work from 4 pm - 3 am. We do have TM & TJH saying that; which I am not sure is incorrect, however we have Ron's own lawyer stating he punched in at 5:00 pm. Was Ron late??? According to his lawyer he also normally goes in 30 to 45 mins. early. I will refrain from saying "who does that & not actually punch in"? Ooops

I believe his lawyer stated he did not begin work until 5:00 but was there early. I know some want more proof and thats fine just too many different sources have confirmed it along with LE statement saying he was at work I just can't believe this many different sources are lying. Hopefully when someone is charged the Sunshine Law will kick in and copy of the thumbprint scans showing when he arrived at the guard station along with sheets indicating hours worked and the thumbprint scan showing when he left the premises will all be released.

Can't wait for the day Busy. May the LE can prove it ASAP. Like others, we all want the truth. I hope the arrest(s) are coming soon. I could care less about reading fluff thrown anywhere about Haleigh being missing, at this point. Just solid facts that whoever has caused Haleigh to be missing, get their just deserves. Can't take anymore of his lawyer said this, sources, le statement per someone, etc... I would like to see PDM, LE, FDLE, PCSO, FBI state facts out loud and in writing. Not putting down the law enforcement at all nor members here or elsewhere. Just a wish, I guess.

On NG it was said the fight between Misty and RC on the phone at 8:30 while RC was at work was about Misty babysitting kids, wonder if those kids were Tommys children and RC said no and it ticked off both Misty and Tommy?

I don't really get it. Why would Ron object to Misty babysitting other kids? I've heard that she's great with kids, and all the children adore her. And she should be old enough to decide for herself, without needing to ask permission.

Anyway, it seems a strangely innocent topic for a fight after a wild partying weekend spent doing who knows what with whom.

How many charges would it take to confirm that Tommy, Crystal, Nay Nay, Amber, or a random dude from the neighborhood has temper issues?

If Misty did in fact turn her phone off and Ron couldn't get a hole of her from 8:30 til 3:15 he says he called many times and text how come there was only two cell phone pings? There should of been more??? And what was she doing during that time?

If the children were Tommy's that needed to be watched, Why did Tommy need a babysitter that late at night on a school night? Are Tommy's kids in School? Unless Tommy wanted to go see his dad that was in the hospital or was it for something else? It had to be something else cause their Mom couldn't watch them cause she was going with Tommy. Cause if she wasn't going with Tommy then he didn't need Misty to babysit. What was Tommy doing during this time???? And why would Ron say no unless there is more to this story.

It brings me back to Last seen 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago came from Tyler Street.
3:40 the police are there asking question about HaLeigh so what was Tommy and/or Misty doing at 2:10/2:40 that would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago. To say to the LE last seen her 1 to 1 1/2 hours ago.

I would like to see TJHart ask that to Misty or Tommy why the 1 to 1 1/2 earlier she was seen. I sure hope LE has asked!

My only guess is that they weren't going to see MC dad, at that hour? What hospital allows visitors at that hour?

But it does go back to the call from Tyler, what else was going on that night? I am going to say this, I highly doubt that the fight was about baby sitting other children, when she just had a weekend full of sex drugs and rock and roll..... sorry not buying that story.

I go with first one cause he was home 3:27 am for the 911 call. Plus LE is happy with his 8 hours and the Pastor said 8 hours and Ron said I worked 8 Hours. So he could of been seen a little after 2 am at the store. What was Ron doing between 1:30 and 3:27 am???

Nancy Grace asked Ronald's attorney Friday night some questions about his timeline on February 9, 2009. Terry Shoemaker said on national television that Ronald picked up Haleigh at the bus stop at 3:30 and Iitt takes him 19 minutes to go from home to work at PDM. Shoemaker then cleared up a significant grey area stating that Ronald usually gets to work about 45 minutes or so early for his 5pm shift at PDM, putting him at work around 4pm but not actually working until 5pm.

It would be nice if we knew where the store was located in terms of PDM. I would like to know far away they are to each other. If we were able to find this out, and able to confirm it only took 10 minutes to get there, or 15 minutes, i think it would help.
