I can't say why RC would not want her babysitting others in the home but I can say that I have ....on several occasions.....not wanted my children to be around certain kids or their parents. Look, I hate to say it but there are many reasons why RC didn't want Haleigh and RJ around certain people when he was not around. Before I allow my children to go anywhere I have to meet their parents, meet and feel comfortable with the children and see the inside of their home. I want to know that it is clean and taken care of. If kids are not clean or well behaved that gives me the impression that someone is not looking over them the way they should be.

You can say what you want, I know I am somewhat particular when it comes to my children(my hubby would say anal). But, they are the only ones I have and I am going to mother them until they are old enough to be someone's mother.

You must do a wonderful job.

I don't know if he's that careful since it appears he is comfortable letting Misty be near his child even though it's clear she lies about what happened to his other one.

I wouldn't know the type of parent that RC is because I don't know him personally. All I have to go on is what DCF and the court system in Satsuma has to say. What else can we do? For all intents and purposes RC has been investigated and re-investigated, once by DCF since the start of this case and they still insist that he should have the children. Look, we might not leave our kids in Misty's care, but he did. If she is inadequate DCF should have pointed that out in their findings. Perhaps Misty is a great big liar and had Ronald fooled into thinking she was the cats meow. We seriously don't know. I hope when this case is over we will know. I wonder if RC will be leaving RJ alone with Misty again. If he does that might be a problem, but until this case is solved, I wouldn't trust anyone with my kids but myself.

Sorry it is pretty long. I think it is also important to note the disposition of all the charges listed here. Also so much of the dialog is referring to the same offense, just different court appearances. It does not have this latest involving the family dispute last month.

Well, we know some of that information is incorrect.

Ron was home when the 911 call was made at 3:27 am, so he didn't get home at "about 3:45 am". LE arrived (per the police report) at 3:40 am.

That blog was written on April 23 - there is a lot more up-to-date information available now.

TJ Hart reported today that Ron's work hours were 4pm - 3am. Before TJ reports anything, he confirms his information with at least 3 or 4 sources since he has been burned in the past. This is what TJ had to say:

I guess TJH didn't check with Ronald's lawyer, who contradicts what you have stated that TJH said, bolded above.

Unfortunately the judge and DCF either didn't look or didn't care. I suppose he can have as many drugs as he wants. But he did say he was taking the kids so they wouldn't be exposed to drugs...LOL.

Have no fear, I am sure it all will be explained away. Heck, it's already being minimized by saying "everyone has a record":....Not everyone has had as many different kind of drugs as RC...exactly what does he need with date rape drugs, ecstacy, etc?

Marie, crystal, chad...CANT COMPARE with RC's He has been getting in trouble consistently for a loooooooong time. He has been caught with every kind of drug. BTW..where is he getting the money for all the drugs he buys? He has major issues and should never be left in charge of children.lie

To hear over and over again about DCF and they found nothing is a cop-out. All over this country, DCF types make big mistakes; and they did in this case too. To base your opinion of RC on what DCF and the courts have done is not an informed opinion. Look at the result...HaLeigh is gone...

Bottom Line..RC is responsible for Haliegh missing (directly or indirectly)...period.

I worked 37 years before retireing and different shifts throughout those years. Most manufacturing positions never have an hour lunch only office personel.

For eight hour shift it was 8am to 4pm - 4 pm to 12am - 12 am to 8 AM - with paid half hour lunch and two paid 15 breaks. That way there were 3 shifts that did not overlap.

Later we went to 4 day work week with 10 hr shifts. Then they added a weekend shifts that were 3 days but only 32 hour work week for the weekend shift. All 25 minute lunch and only office employees got an hour lunch.

Every place in the world is different that is why I stated "normally" and without referencing anything to do with manufacturing.

When I worked for a Chemical Company (manufacturing) in Pennsylvania it was a 24 hour plant. Office staff worked 8 - 5 with an hour unpaid lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks if you were hourly. If you were salaried you were paid for lunch.

The chemical operators worked one week at 4 days with 12 hour shifts and received a half hour unpaid lunch and two paid breaks. The next week they worked 3 days at 12 hour shifts with a half hour unpaid lunch and two 15 minute paid breaks.

I'm with you on the years worked and in all my years I never got paid for lunch unless my boss took me out to lunch and paid me while on lunch ... and I was in Human Resources doing payroll, benefits, hiring etc., etc. :crazy:

No one will deny major problems with all of HaLeigh's family dynamics....
But nothing will ever convince me had anything to do with her disappearance...

Putnam County is not the only place that has a huge drug problem.
DCF most likely felt RC and his family were better quipped to take care of the kids instead of CS and her family. Many criminals have children....
To say the JUDGE or DCF didn't care or looked the other way.... Not all criminal's children disappear............

HECK.....The Judge probably is screaming up and down...hooray a child went missing because of a decision I made. I think not.....You act like RC couldn't wait to get an opportunity to get rid of a his kid..... Horrible things happen even to upstanding citizens.....

Respectfully submitting a sugestion. Start looking at the reported activities a few day before the engagement anouncement and a few days after and IMVHO it can answer that very question.
