but unless it can be proved that he was at work, for the whole duration of those hours, that video means nothing. It just means that he was in the store. IMO, there's a problem with his work alibi...& that's why he was fired. IMO, if the company knew how much Ron was depending on them for that alibi, but if they couldn't verify it, then they knew the potential for a negative reaction was there...hence the extra security, they hired. MOO.& they fired him knowing if they were in the wrong, they were setting themselves up for a lawsuit. Even if Florida is a fire at will state, they still can't mistreat people & tarnish their reputations, for no reason. So, I think they had their reasons. MOO.

I suspect LE has always considered Ronald a POI. In fact, I think they were probably leaning on him pretty hard when he stopped all talks with LE and lawyered up. Why else would he not cooperate with them?

I just wonder, other than pictures of Ron is a moment in time posing and preening for a camera with his kids, ala Casey, what makes anyone think hes this kind, gentle, patient father? I keep thinking, did I miss all the stories of Ron reading the kids bedtime stories every night and pictures of him volunteering at Haleighs class or something like that, a quick first glimpse of Rons arrest record shows you he is not a good guy. Just because he went to court and lied and got his kids does make a man! A good dad does not introduce multiple girls to his kids as their new mommy, Rons life was not healthy and he got his kids out of spite, not love, he really couldnt handle taking care of kids, and one died, I guess thats how sadly you know someone shouldn't be around kids, now hes hanging out with all the other tough guys in prison, he finally found his niche. Maybe he should have taken a page out of "Teresa" aka "mom" handbook and should have let someone else raise his kids, but it was more important for him to punish Crystal for not wanting to be with him, he used his children as weapons, ironic isn't it?

Ron was not some patient man that was going to be super chill with Misty out having sex with Greg Page, but its really important he makes everyone thing hes ok with her "affair"

Haleigh died as a result of that "affair" one way or another, but that is the direct cause of her death, I am willing to bet the bank on it!

I think you are right. The only reason a man Ron's age would want someone Misty's age, is for control. He thought he could control her, but he couldn't and he lost it...

Ron and TN are tied at the hip in this case. TN will likely be on the outside talking with attorneys. She is going to be a very strong advocate for her son, imo. Meanwhile, I bet rc is on the inside talking his talk to anyone that will listen. It is my opinion that TN will watchdog all media and forums for any info and any possible slander against RC. It appears the family may be very litigious if necessary.

You are absolutely correct. Ron got a 15 year sentence after a DEAL. Most drug traffickers, don't get 15 years, and Ron got that on a DEAL.

Ron was sentenced to the EXACT same sentence as the declared SUSPECT, Tommy Croslin.

Sounds to me like Ron and Tommy are in the same boat.

I think of the Kyron case, the LE told his parents that the stepmother was lying about stuff, and the husband left the home, and filed for divorce, thats what you are supposed to do. When Ron talked to Cobra, he sounded like a wanna be macho druggie, spinning all these, I am just with her to find out the truth, thats such a lie, he was with her to seclude her whoo her and gain her trust and make her love him so much she would occupy a part of her body with his name, AFTER the "divorce".

With Tommy, I still say Tommy knows more AFTER the fact when Ron and Misty were fighting and she was calling Tommy. The rat incident happened right after that, and people say the two became friends for the first time after that, the timing and heinous actions can not be ignored. Ron had to keep his "enemies" close meaning the people who could talk to the cops and really mess up his life, thats why I think he got Tommy hooked on pills, but without proof or knowing where a body is, Tommy is screwed, imo. We do know for sure that Ron called Tommys house that night looking for Misty, AFTER the children are supposed to be in bed, but no one seems to want to talk about that very much.

Ok, but Tommy really had his kids that day, Lindsay was working, so I took it as they talked, and LE had issued something saying, we wont comment on "back and forth" calls, of course I cant find that now, but they did say that, so that led me to believe when LE says, back and forth calls, there were multiple. Just the fact that Ron is calling looking for his babysitter after he said he had no reason to believe Misty left that night should be very disconcerting.

ron cummings has been known to never call just one time when he wants something. He is a Serial Caller. He will pester people endlessly to acheive his goal. Knowing this about ron, you can bet he called tommy more than once.

I believe that if ron didn't get the answer he liked, he would have left work to deal with the situation.

IMO, LE are done investigating. All these people are now located outside of Putnam County. LE is not actively looking for Haleigh. They are now sitting back and waiting for the day somebody talks. This will take years and LE will be notified by the prison when it happens. We must take comfort that they are locked up. The other alternative is not appealing.

What I don't get, is why cant some just concede that because this case is unknown and unsolved, how would the LE clear anyone, and who would clear the abnormal behavior of Ronald Cummings, I mean, he did not marry Misty to find out the truth, he already knows the truth, he basically admits it in the drug sting tapes where he "reassures" the UC that dope boys dont take your kids, thats not what happened. Personally I am here to bring Haleighs killer to justice, not make excuses for the heinous actions of the "adults" who were supposed to be taking care of her that night.

I don't believe there are ADULTS in either of these families! Not a ONE!

Misty was underage but Amber was not iirc, and when Ron and Crystal were first together, they were both underage, they're less than 2 years apart in age.

Yep, but AH is always getting his "tense" mixed up. Lisa and Hank have lived with Tommy since Hank was discharged from the hospital and Lisa stayed almost around the clock with Hank at the hospital until he was discharged. I think AH was talking about Tommy's house because since the beginning of this case, that is the only house where they have lived. I think that Tommy had to wait until Lindsey returned home from her classes that night so that he could walk over to check on Misty. I do however think that Misty was sleeping over at her parent's house. I think that Lindsey may have dropped her off there on her way to school that evening.

You know for awhile I thought that Ron would crack and tell the truth. This is when he was in isolation in jail right after the arrests. He was going absolutely stir crazy. He just could not stand being alone. All he could talk about was his dang dirty underwear. He appeared to me to be a bit hysterical at the time. I was hopeful for a few days that maybe the isolation was getting to him and that he would confess to something just to change his status.....................then, :maddening: he was put into general population and my hopes were dashed. He was happy again and felt like part of a "family" with all his new friends and all. I think that Ron has adapted very well in his new home and will never talk. Now, if Teresa was arrested and jailed for Haleigh's death I believe that Ron would throw himself on a sword to protect her.............:crazy:
