What really struck me was the part about turning. It was in a pretty intense turn back to land - I think they may have been trying to get back or were totally disoriented

Investigators in Russia say they cannot rule out the possibility that an attack downed a jet over the Black Sea, with the loss of all 92 passengers and crew.

Wish I could figure out what the actual weather was at the initial airport - would love to know if it was really weathered in.

It is somewhat bothersome - they ruled out explosion so fast, but focused on mechanical intially then bought in pilot error
