Mountain bike .. or motor bike ?

Can we park “the bender”? That footage of “the bender” is reported to be from earlier in the year not the night prior to the incident. That just doesn’t seem likely to me. I don’t think you’d be at an 80th birthday party followed up by a “bender” til 4am if you planned a murder at 8am. Unlikely to even be awake at 8am as a 22 year old. If it’s true he had a steady M-F job, long term girl friend, stable family life then more likely IMO to be an accidental hit in car and whatever transpired afterwards in panic, which especially makes sense if he did have a drunk/drug driving charge pending. JMO.

Agreed Dotta, but there was quite a large team on this, certainly would’ve been numerous areas of investigation going on simultaneously imo.And yet,
28 Feb they still were busy with Inland Motor Business.
4 March
They started reviewing mobile phone tower data to identify the movements of people
and... Surprise!... Voilà!...
2 days later (6 March) the alleged perp was arrested!
Police downgrade charges reasonably often. We will see.Can we park “the bender”? That footage of “the bender” is reported to be from earlier in the year not the night prior to the incident.
Police described it as an intentional attack and it resulted in a murder charge. That holds way more gravity than an accident. This isn’t a hit & panic situation.
They are powered by electricity imo.Would an electrician be the person who would maintain phone towers?
There's a big difference between someone who's a 'tradie' electrician and the people who maintain phone towers, IMO.Would an electrician be the person who would maintain phone towers?
Thank you . I’m lost ..I'd just like to make a note on this, regarding PS's behavior post alleged incident - multiple (hearsay) reports from local Ballarat-ians have suggested PS returned to work as normal, on the Monday, and following weeks after, and he seemed no different than usual. I cannot vouch for those reports, however, I can personally vouch for one account, a direct family member of mine, is a school teacher at the same school PS's mother was presently working as a relief teacher. He was present at the school, 2 weeks after the alleged incident, undertaking some electrical work for the school. This suggested to me that he was "business as usual" as they say.
Or Samantha was fatally injured in an accidental collision between her and a motor vehicle. The fact that PS didn't call for help could lead to it being called a deliberate act.I find it interesting how he says that their intelligence tells them that there’s no risk to anyone else. Like they knew the attack was targeted and SM was the intended victim. This was just prior to the arrest so the police of course knew a helluva lot by this stage. Makes you wonder if Sam was the intended victim after all.
Ballarat rowers use the centrally located Lake Wendouree … it has an Olympic standard 2 Km diagonal rowing course … the lake has a 6 Km walking circumference path and is well patronised .Didn't the alleged perp's school friend praise him as an excellent sportsman of rowing?
It might mean the knowledge of local lakes/dams/ ponds, etc, no?
Good knowledge

Didn't his wife jump in from of the car to try to stop him leaving though. We have a high profile case here in my state where the husband (allegedly) killed his wife with his vehicle. His wife was outside the vehicle, they could have been arguing (we don't know any details yet) and she was dragged by his 4WD ute and she may have left dents in the bonnet of his ute.
The charges are:
- causing death by dangerous driving
- driving without due care
- endangering life.
(Melissa Hoskins case)
PS is charged with murder.
An ‘electrician’ does have specialist qualifications. Electricians will be but one group of a number of skilled & qualified people who work on the phone towers. There's a big difference between someone who's a 'tradie' electrician and the people who maintain phone towers, IMO.
As far as I know, phone towers are maintained by people with specialist qualifications.

Sometimes an electrician is required to isolate the power so it is safe for the work to be carried out on the tower. They are powered by electricity imo.
IMO, the MH case is different. They have the victim and her version of events. Now, if MH statement included threats to kill before hand, then I could see that there would be a murder charge instead? We have a high profile case here in my state where the husband (allegedly) killed his wife with his vehicle. I didn't realise she was deceased! No details are known yet. Everything is speculation. And Melissa is no longer here to tell her side of the story. So all we will ever know is his story and what the evidence shows.
imo
