but maybe you're not thinking like a criminal? The person stating that worked in prison & might have better access to those kind of people. Maybe they keep filing appeals cuz they have noting better to do? Look at all the recent killers (IK,Iraqkiller) who have hung themselves looking for a way out since there's no parole??Not to mention, there REALLY HAVE been people framed unjustly-look at the Innocence Project.
Even the Bible states Thou shalt not kill. It didn't say except for those who kill. If these kind of people are sick or just plain evil what better way to punish than let them lose their freedom & revisit their deeds 24/7?
Life is never fair. The best we can do is try to learn from it and move on..

I live in a death penalty state and have seen these scumbags beg for stays and appeals up to the last second. It's a beautiful thing.

As for the bible, I'm God fearing and God praising. I volunteer to 'press the button' and explain it to my maker when my time comes. He knows what's in my heart.

Just ignore any comments by their supporters the facts and forensic evidence speaks for itself. The people who know the suspects are probably in shock and denial about what they have done. I would struggle to believe someone I knew had murdered someone but they will see the reality soon enough.

And imagine the spin they have been fed, we only know a portion of it. I'm sure TM's been sending private messages with many more lies. She also did her best to convince people that Terry Elvis was the same person as someone that served time in Florida for past crimes - NOT true. This woman has been like a cat in a litter box, trying her best to cover her nasty poop.

It's not on Google Maps. It's on Google Earth, which is not a website; you have to download it. Well worth the effort, though, because Google Earth is seriously awesome. It gives you a whole lot more capabilities than Google Maps offers.

Once you get it installed, click on View at the top to get the pop-up menu and click on Historical Imagery. Then you just move the slider to look at all the different images available.

Sometime this morning on the thread before this, someone gave stats on criminals who have young children getting the DP. The chances are slim to none.

They should keep in mind that by the time execution occurs, the kids are grown and have kids of their own...at least in Louisiana.

So about the kidnapping charge..there aren't any cameras at PTL to my knowledge. Wouldn't someone have to be talking for LE to know that they wouldn't let her leave? How else would LE know this? I've read all the recent posts but I apologize if I missed this?

I also have suspicions that a third person was involved and that person is talking. Just my opinion.

It's also entirely possible TM took pics of whatever they did to HE in their vehicle at the location and those pics pinpoint the exact location/time.

Ok so the thinking is that because maybe, possibly, there was blood or DNA of some type in the vehicle that was confiscated, the HCPD were in some way able to say this vehicle is known to be at PTL that night so therefore it occurred at PTL.



Or am I misunderstanding that they think the murder actually occurred at PTL? Just last known place she was because her car was?
