LE has said in MSM articles that phone activity lasted until around 6:00 am. Phone activity can be calls, texts, posting, internet browsing, GPS locater, anything that a phone will do (which is a lot these days).

The last ping time keeps changing, so I'm wary of when the final ping was.

I'm also think that the "telephone" game is in action. The last phone call may have been 3:41, and someone interpreted that as the last ping was 3:41. That happens sometimes.

The pay phone information has disappeared too. I believe this was the source of the OJ charges. SM seen on surveillance video at gas station pay phone 6am - claimed to be elsewhere in previous statement.

And why on Earth would LE give the exact 6 call times to the M's? Either TM made it up/embellished in her Facebook post or TM looked them up on SM's cell phone records. TM wrote "LE said..." Like there was some question about it.

LE wouldn't have to ask SM "Did you make these calls?" They already had HE's records.

Following on from the above points, I am seriously reconsidering my view that Heather is the first person to have had something damaging/illegal/heinous happen to her. I think there may well be one/several/many more victims out there, particularly of TCM.

*JMO and ^I'm not suggesting he's guilty/not guilty, just there *may* turn out to be room for 2nd degree.

NO disrespect to any poster here. None. I am very confused as to why SM is seen by some as someone decent enough to help the Elvis family in the slightest. I get the whole deal with TM. She is awful. I just frankly don't understand the idea that SM is much better. I just, I guess don't get it. I feel like he is just as awful for different reasons and in different ways as TM. Already, his attorney has made a statement that SM had no clue/involvement/etc in Heather's disappearance. He, imo, doesn't appear like he cares. JMO

Seems there's quite a few of us having issues and I'm not surprised really because there's been alot of traffic on Websleuths lately. I have been hitting the back key (arrow) when the next page doesn't load, then trying again and sometimes it works and sometimes not. I just want everyone to know I am thanking their posts, sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn't, but I am definitely thanking them for their input.
 
So how did Tilted Kilt fire SM if he was just a maintenance/repair guy?
 
There is also an option to turn off avatars. I haven't tried it, but it could help loading times as well.

I was only going by Google maps and where they found those remains. ;) So it is a fast trip which means I will pay attention to the results.
 
Didn't TM just return from a LOONG road trip to CA w/family & the now famous Disney camper??
I bet their holding tank was pretty darn full. Since MB is a tourist area wouldn't there be many free dumping areas or camping places they could clean out their camper.
What if they dismembered Heather & put the remains in the holding tank. I can just picture TM saying what a fitting place. Then they proceeded to dump her remains on 12/18 before anybody was even aware Heather was missing or following them??
It seems that would also be a very common thing to do after a long road trip-dump your tank,clean up,and have it ready to go for your next "adventure".
No-one would be the wiser & they might have figured no-one would be paying attention at an RV dump or campground???

I don't think the openings and hoses would be large enough to accommodate body parts.

Just a thought. Could TM have been trying to implicate an imaginary attacker? She knew the call times. She also allegedly knows HE's TOD. Is she maybe suggesting HE was calling SM for help and the calls stopped at 3:41 knowing all along this was the TOD?

Does that make sense? I had a cogent thought but confused myself typing it all out :facepalm:
 
There is no bully pulpit here. SM and TM are charge with murder, they are discussable as such.

We don't allow name calling, and we don't allow anyone bashing them. We do allow discussing them as suspects.
