For our legal eagles out there.

Lets say LE charges someone with Charge=A.

Then lets say new evidence emerges that pretty much proves the person really did Charge=B.

Can LE change their mind and drop Charge=A and change it to Charge=B?

If they can do that, does it make their case somewhat weaker because of the indecision. Like can a defense attorney bring that up and show how LE originally charged them differently and dropped charges.

Our reporter at the scene confirmed that about 16 vehicles were at the boat landing near Socastee, including those from Horry County Police, Horry County Police Crime Scene Unit, and the Department of Natural Resources. There were also boats in the Waccamaw River near the landing, our reporter confirms."

In MOO, I feel LE has the right people in jail for Heather, I just hope they look for a connection to SM/TM and Amber. This is due to the fact that they worked at the exact same TK = same SM connection. I do not feel that Briana is connected, but I suppose a copy cat type crime might explain her killing. However, I think that TK might want to really look at the "culture" of their establishment since it seems to have become a hunting ground that sick f's go to prey on naïve young ladies. :maddening: :stormingmad:

I highly doubt that she worked at the Myrtle Beach TK. She graduated from Elgin HS and was/had been working at both TK and Hooters in the Columbia-Irmo area.

Gators do hang around boat ramps. Fishermen usually throw out the old bait fish at ramps and usually there are gators hanging around to get a free meal. However, gators would not have been hanging out at the boat ramp during late December.

Thank you. Something I'm looking for. Something I noticed on that page... there's a freeze frame of SM's hands in handcuffs. On the wrist band it has his booking photo. Tammy's would be the same. I wonder if she was distraught over her old booking photo and demanded a re-take. ;/

JMO I really doubt the M's were framed. I doubt anyone could ever get into their house or vehicles or on their property to do so, between cameras and people seeming to be there all the time. And it does not explain the phones. PM's and other evidence LE seems to have, including maybe some video.

For me, the work at the dock today is more likely to be because no one IS talking...and LE is trying to find Heather on their own.

but wouldn't there be allot of evidence on the ground? Watch parts, blood, bone fragments? Yet nothing. BUT Terry said in 20 minutes LE KNEW HE did not leave PTL willingly. ??????
