The standard rules of evidence do not apply. Grand juries indict about 99.5% of the cases brought before them.

The standard is obviously much higher in a trial.

Hello everyone. Can any locals please chime in and help? If the Ms put Heather in the water at PTL could the currents have pulled her into the ocean and washed her up at Bald Head? TIA for any ideas and/or insight.

Looks like that's by land...wonder if the currents could've carried in that direction if she was put in the water.

As grizzly as it is, I hope it's Heather. Would be a crazy coincidence given the significance of today.

Someone with a boat could have dumped her in the Cape Fear and she could end up at BHI. Maybe that boat person is one of the other people they have talked about.

That's interesting...I'm to the North...many of our snow storms this year have come from the South and up the coast...wonder if that would push currents northward too.
