Yeah, I don't fully understand. What do the charges have to do with Heather? Shouldn't it be separate from the kidnapping and murder charges? I wouldn't think their entire case on the IE charges is that SM says it happened, but who knows.

My guess is that he used it as an alibi to account for his time within the time frame of focus.

So his alibi of having relations with his wife got him IE charges...love it!
