Her phone date ends at 3:41 am. How? The only way a phone doesn't give off pings is if the battery is disabled.

Did her phone get destroyed? Stomped on? Thrown in the water?

What are y'alls thoughts on this?

Didn't LE say her phone may have had activity as late at 6:00 a.m.? I know I've read that in MSM several times. I'm a bit confused about that now though.

poor hubby just called, quite worried about my pain level after I texted to ask how much of a mess one bullet wound might leave. lol.

he said a shotgun (or a cannon, smartass) would leave a he'll of seas, but judging on my previous description of their home, they woulda used a .22, potentially no exit wound, thereby leaving no mess to clean up.

They didn't. They said Heather was killed at PTL, but now there are posts here theorizing that she was actually abducted from PTL because the timeline is too short.

Okay, gotcha. I thought I had missed something, lol!

I don't find the time too short. Heather was a tiny lady and the Moorers certainly outweighed her and could have easily over powered her.

No, according to the timeline, SM called Heather from the pay phone at 1:35am, but was back at his own home by 3:17am. And then the trip to Peachtree Landing was after 3:17am.

I still have a lot of pages to get caught up on, but in 6 minutes they would have had to have driven 2.4 miles (1.2 each way) to the boat landing and back, HE would have had to have gotten out of her car, etc... That seems very fast. Is it possible they just kidnapped her there and took her with them? I wouldn't think you could do anything "cleanly" in that period of time.

I think that would be plenty of time to get out of a truck, shoot someone walking toward your truck in cold blood, put them in the back of your truck, and drive away.

Those in support of the M's included the immediate family and parents, one hid their face with a coat...TM made sure to wave at them. SM was quickly escorted out of the courtroom before TM, didn't look like either were handcuffed and both were wearing street clothes. TM was more interested in connecting with her family and not so much SM...this from watching the WMBF latest clip.

My opinion? TM was calm, cool and collected. SM looked dumbfounded? His face didn't really change one time. TM however, smiled, talked with her atty and poured herself a glass of water. They were quite different......IMO.
