Based the NG transcript I believe it is possible:
***
She was not in her condo at 3:41 AM. (At a convenience store? Getting gas?)
She may have been walking or sitting in her car with the doors unlocked at 3:41 AM texting or talking on her phone and therefore unaware of the situation/area around her.
If the phone last pinged shortly after that last use, someone (singular or plural) may have taken advantage of her focusing on her phone and rushed her while she wasn't paying attention. Phone was turned off shortly after that.
***
Still a lot of gaps. Where did the phone last ping? (LE has that and won't confirm it with parents.) We also don't know the details (where or when) on the video surveillance at a business with a 'drive thru' mentioned in the police report. When was HE's car parked at the landing? Not reported by LE to parents till the 19th.
I still don't believe Peach Tree Landing is anything but a place to stash the car. But that is just my gut feeling.
In reference to the 3:41AM timeframe of last cell phone contact:
"Perhaps" remember to take this into consideration....
.... I live in the "EASTERN TIME ZONE"...
Please note that when checking my very latest phone calls and texts ONLINE TONIGHT with my carrier via logging in to my online account, the EXACT TIME is shown CORRECT "IF" I am TALKING to my relative who lives in the "CENTRAL TIME ZONE" - HOWEVER, when looking at my records of our texting- the TIME IS "OFF" BY THREE HOURS. Example: We were texting each other back and forth from 8:30pm to 8:45pm - "BUT" ON MY PHONE RECORDS ONLINE IT SHOWS ALL OF OUR TEXTS TAKING PLACE FROM 5:30pm to 5:45pm. EVEN when my relative was in town over Christmas (i.e. Came from the central time zone and now staying in the Eastern time zone, I checked those records of texting as well, that we were sending each other and it "STILL" showed up as being 3 hours difference. "Uhmmmmmm..." Also, I have checked other records of timezones and it follows the same "rule of thumb" on my billing - Phone call times show CORRECT, however, the texting shows the exact time of the "other" timezone. VERY ODD how they do it. Check your own records online - try it out and see if your company handles it the same.
Since the authorities are not going to release whether or not the phone number was a "local" number (i.e. Eastern timezone) nor are they giving details as to whether that was a phone call or text message, it is difficult to be exact in the correct time unless we have all of the information. T.Elvis stated that he was able to look at his daughter's cell phone info because she is on his cell phone plan...(Which is one reason I still have all my children on my phone plan.)
Just a theory that "perhaps" the time was not exactly 3:41am if the other number was a different timezone which in fact is not "odd" for our area because we have plenty of people to move here and still use their cell phones with the same number from the state they originated their service in
This could be VERY IMPORTANT - because instead of being a 3:41am timeframe of last known cell phone usage (because we weren't told if that was a text or phone call) the last record "SHOWING" to HE's Dad on his online usage details from his cell phone carrier as 3:41am could INDEED have been 12:41am.
The last known time that is mentioned by LE and TE as 3:41am could indeed be 12:41am.
Remember, it was reported that she talked to her roommate upon arrival back to her apartment to tell her of the date... then H.E. was last known to be POSTING on one of her social media sites at 2:08am.
I mention this because of other cases that you all may continue to work on in the future where someone "quotes" a cell phone record. They need to be VERY familar with how the times of texting vs. calling takes place while referencing and taking in to consideration the difference time zones. Perhaps each carrier is different, but I do find it odd that a PHONE call gets documented CORRECTLY, while texting does not.
