Kind of OT, but carbuff, I must know if the serial killer ended up being the guy whose name was released? Not, of course, the poor guy who got beaten up because of mistaken identity, but the guy who was arrested?

Oh, no. Nothing to do with the murders. Sorry, I should have mentioned that.

They haven't actually closed the books on the killings, and he'll probably never face trial for them due to lack of evidence, but since they locked him up, no more bodies.

By endurance athletes, do you mean there are running trails for runners or biking trails for bicyclists near PTL? When I read your post, I automatically thought distance runners.

Have we ever been able to clarify if HE's DOB is June 29th or June 30th? I have seen it reported both ways. I believe her actual birthday is the 30th, but maybe LadyHawkke could confirm, if she's reading this?

Is LE of MB really that lax, having no protocol in place, when going about their business of identifying and confirming information that will be added to a police report?

Around here people run and bike on the back roads, particularly if they are training for an event. They don't want to be slowed down by the walkers & recreational users on a trail. It is normal for a marathoner or triathlete to bike over 20 miles or run 10 miles in one training session.

No. LE has not confirmed anything. That 3:41 info came from Nancy Grace's interview of the dad IIRC.
