I had a "technical error" when I tried the link. Maybe I'll try later.

Thank you for that update though!

Hmm, maybe the link won't work directly. Here's how I got to it; first I went to http://www.sccourts.org/
On the lower right of the page is a section called Quick Links. I clicked on Records Search, the last link there.

That took me to http://www.sccourts.org/caseSearch/ where you can either click on the text list or Marlboro County on the map. This takes you to http://publicindex.sccourts.org/marlboro/publicindex/ where you have to click on Accept which then takes you to the search page.

Nope, no updates. The court site shows the true bill date but the status of all the charges are still "pending."

In the meantime though, from yesterday (October 26):

WALLACE, SC (WMBF) – Community members, friends and family of Ella and Iyana Lowery gathered in Wallace Thursday evening to honor their lives nearly six months after police say Ella’s boyfriend Jejauncy Harrington murdered both of them.

A brand new playground named Iyana’s Playground was dedicated at New Beginnings Transitional Shelter.

Well my idea is maybe insanity defenses and other mental tests sometimes throw timelines into wild disruptions. IMO that could be what's happening here. Now these tests could be from either side. Also sometimes these cases take wild turns because the accused has some tall tails about other bad dudes. If I venture a guess however it's likely the pre-trial tests. Just my 2 little copper coins.
