Hard to keep up with y’all here…. Keep up the good work. And thank you for the recommendation on the Behavior Analysis team of the police in-car interview with the defendant, two officers, and a second individual. Quite interesting.

I was interested to see reporting via Twitter from Avery G. Wilkes earlier this afternoon that apparently defense attorney elicited testimony from the housekeeper that the ‘family left guns all over the estate’. I interpret that to mean the estate, scene of the slayings?

Isn‘t that contrary to the defendant‘s words to officers during that car interview? When questioned about guns that night about whether guns might have been stored there, or words to that effect?

This is a slippery eel.

What in the world is this about someone trying to burn down the house on Holly Street?

It never was brought up again. Weird.

At 13:18

From my recollection, a contractor had a beef with AM and tried to set fire to that house. It didn't do much damage though, burned the doormat iirc, maybe he was as bad an arsonist as a contractor? lol

I think LMP looks a bit miffed this afternoon after Blanca's testimony that Maggie said Alex was the only one that ever went to do anything for RM3 and Miss Libby. Alex was the one they always called. Wonder what kind of relationship Maggie had with her sister-in-law.

As opposed to who or what?

(Alec was so used to having people do his and his family's bidding, it seems he failed to acknowledge their humanity. Never occurred to him that someone in his home would know everything there is to know about their habits and needs. Attention to detail. Their housekeeper connects the dots. Sorry, Alec. She never worked for you. She worked for Maggie. And IMO she's being true to her now, testifying to what she noticed out of place, out of character. )

It almost sounds like the night of June 7 to hide suspicion someone and set up a situation the way they thought the house would look if it were a "normal" night. Maybe MM's clean PJs to suggest a romantic overnight was planned? (Of all the sibs, I have my guess as to who this might be, but won't say.) I suspect it was normal for AM to drop his used towels and worn clothes on the floor for BTS to pick up and wash so leaving them was a normal setting. MOO.

Funny with all those lawyers there at Moselle on June 7 that they didn't self regulate the situation as a crime scene and not enter the house. Just say'n. Maybe DH and JG should be indignant with their trial lawyer friends and not LE. MOO.

Alex or Alec or Ellick or - geez so many names!
He is a chameleon nobody knew him I think he had trouble keeping up the family name and so he just faked it as long as he could, when he knew his dad was dying he took the next step
Agree about keeping up the family name. As I posted earlier, I think he has ADHD/ADD. Hard to succeed as a lawyer if you can't sit still and spend hours reading and becoming immersed in the facts of a case. JMO.

I did notice that the M family hugged the last care giver that testified and no acknowledgement of Blanca - jmo

I didn't get to see all of today's testimony. I'm reading a summary that says AM asked Blanca to pick up Maggie's Mercedes from the impoundment lot and that after she got the car she found Maggie's wedding band under a seat while she was cleaning it. Didn't LE search the Mercedes when they towed it/impounded it? If yes, how could they miss a wedding band under the seat?

I think someone who came the night before put the pots in the refrigerator. Just being helpful during a tragic situation. What I can't figure out and I think is significant....why did he kill them the night his dad went to the hospital? I think his dad knew everything that had happened with the financial stuff. I also wonder if his dad essentially ordered the hit on Paul and Maggie and Alex wanted him to know that it was done before he passed. Completely speculating here but something about the way the father/grandfather was just gives me that vibe. Completely my random opinion
I've always thought papa bear was involved -- maybe helped contrive the plan with AM.

The contractor was blamed but IIRC,the while issue just went away.
