The timeline is impossibly short. AM has testified that he did not see or hear others at Moselle. The dogs did not alert. He left after the time of the murders. All documented.
AND, if alex was really interested in finding the killers...he would have told them he was at the kennels. He would have told the truth, "I was just there!!" and told them timeframe.

The cellphone toss testimony was not riveting, but I would like to point out that Maggie's phone did get itself to the side of the road, by somebody. Thrown or set down. Tossed or Frisbee. And it's BARD that it came from the vehicle that on that road at that time, slowing down before accelerating en route to Moselle, seeing as that driver had just been in close proximity to MM. And had no legitimate reason to have her phone apart from her.

I toss the phone toss expert.

I hug the GPS data.

I wonder if Alec regrets his decision. Two more bullets and he could've assassinated the phones too.

Not riveting? Hell, I think I should start charging fees and being an expert in flipping phones. I of course would be more thorough. I would do twice the amount of testing and toss it 20 times instead of 10. I'll probably charge twice as much though

Oh I agree that there’s much more to this than we know, but as far as the murders go there is no plausible way anyone besides Alex could have committed them. That’s irrespective of any mistakes SLED made and irrespective of what else Alex was involved in.

There is also a larger window of when they could have been killed. Could have been at 9:30 or 9:45 or even later

The motive is also not there for me (even though I think he did it).

I respectfully disagree with that because of PM and MM's phones going dark at the times they did. All just my interpretation

I don't believe prosecution needs to prove motive. Is that just something that you seek? moo

Agreed despite the cell phone data the phone didn't grow legs and run down the road to the ditch.

Both of their cell phones ceased all activity at 8:49, within 30 seconds of each other. Both had been consistently using their cell phones up to that point. Not even the defense is disputing that is when they were killed.
