IMO they absolutely are questioning the reliability of the cell phone timeline. That’s one of the reasons for humiliating cell phone guy just a few minutes ago.
No, they have never disputed time of death. There HAS been a lot of back and forth about phone screens, orientation changes, etc and what that all means. But TOD hasn’t been challenged.

Hog story: many yrs ago my four dogs were barking furiously- 3 Shih Tzu’s 1 Lab. Common occurrence. My son, prob 8ish goes to see what’s up, bc it was an extended barking session. He comes running up and says, “Mom, you e got to see this!”. I go out and they have been barking at what appeared to me to be 3 gigantic pigs on the other side of our chicken wire fence, going crazy at the new plantings our neighbor just placed. Shocked wasn’t the word! Anyway, I called animal co trial and they were flabbergasted, we are not rural. Someone had them in their makeshift farm around the corner they should not have.

Here in Montana, there are feral hogs up on the hi-line. Devestating crops, wild life. I don't know if there is hunting season for them or not.

I got the Kind Veggie Burritos going for the lazy slackers like me!! Whipping ‘‘em up in the back as we speak! Don’t mind the cook; he’s a happy drunk! :D

Now you're talking what I like. I'll take one, please!

It can be annoying when any comment favoring the defense and you're automatically put in the "not guilty camp".
Agree it's annoying but I respect everyone's opinion and hope that mine is respected as well. It is very difficult to sit on the fence because of the pickets. Those pesky pickets poke me and I sometimes fall to one side or the other. moo

he lied about being there immediately because he claims he understands the investigative methodology, he would be in the circle right off the bat.....having never myself been in contact with a horrific crime scene for a loved one, I cant imagine myself or anyone having the capacity to construct a scenario which was not true right there in the moment with their bodies laying there.

he had his constructed timeframe, no contact with kennel alibi. that lie was premeditated. IMO.

he thought it would be accepted and LE would simply move him out of the circle. IMO, LE may have had a longer investigative process if not for that video. and even without that video, technology and investigative processes could have resulted in him not being removed as a suspect.

He also must have missed out on a trial attorney conference where they explained the latest technology in cell phone and vehicle GPS tracking.

just gonna go ahead and say it....

I think he is an awful man and liar.. BUT considering all the things the family has been accused of I don't really know if I could say 100% that there is no one else who could of killed them.

also - weird twist.. A's " biggest concern was clearing his sons name. " Could it be murder suicide and A cleaned up so his son would not be labeled as the killer / suicide?

Was Buster thoroughly investigated? Could they of been in Cahoots?!?

I feel like there as so many things that could have happened! If it was someone who saw the snapchat they would have thought A was at the kennels too... he could have been the target.
The Snapchat wasn’t at the kennels. And it was taken almost 2 hours before they were killed. I think you are confusing the Snapchat video and the kennel video, which no one saw until Paul’s phone was unlocked a year after the murders.

This is exactly how I see it!

1. They said all locals think he's guilty.

2. But they think it will be a hung jury.

****Also said that no one drives 80mph on those roads due to the deer, etc.

They may be right. It's possibly a case of locals knowing it can be a problem if you go against the local powers that be. It's just not done, at least not without facing some consequences.

Haha! Live stream by Brian Entin. Happens across a local couple driving by Moselle who think he's guilty. They said all locals think he's guilty. But they think it will be a hung jury.
Also said that no one drives 80mph on those roads due to the deer, etc.

ETA: Has dealt with JMM. Mentioned that hearsay has it (PM's girlfriend) that JMM helped after the truck accident. "Cover up after cover up". "And why did AM lie about his alibi?" "Who spends $50k/month on drugs?"

As the youngest brother that did not pursue the law as a career (self-named 'black sheep'), I think JMM was a good soldier that did whatever daddy RM3 directed him to do including cleaning up after AM. But I do give JMM credit for making a life for himself and his young family outside of the county where RM3, 4, and AM lived and worked, and believe his angst over the loss of PM is genuine.

IMO, RM3 knew what AM was including the pill-popping. Although he was making millions, AM was still borrowing hundreds of thousands of dollars from daddy? Can't you just hear AM ... "Please daddy, you know I'm good for it." All the while repaying daddy with stolen funds!

IMO, the engrained family motto was to either get your law degree and Godfather makes you a captain, otherwise, you will forever be a soldier, and that's the way it is because it's worked like this for decades and was expected to continue like this from generation to generation.

Between the redundant character assassination(enough is enough, I get the idea), recalling previous witnesses, and unqualified expert witnesses among other things, the State is looking desperate. Law and Crime may look biased but in turn the judge is looking that way to me as well. When are they gonna end this thing! JMO
I think every rebuttal witness had a good reason for being called and it was either to show Alex was still lying on the stand. I mean I guess come jurors could have heard him and thought, oh yes now he's truthful.. so showing he was STILL lying on the stand is important and well within reasonable. How many people did he try to throw under the bus trying to make himself sound innocent?

Yes, I had the blue light but the sheriff said I could. That is tarnishing that sheriff and I am glad the state called him. Alex has no right to do that to innocent people just so he can seem like less of a devil.

He said everyone was just mistaken about what he said or did to try to sway their version for the police. Now they aren't lying, but just didn't remember it like he did. Please.. he was lying before he murdered his family, he lied to police about his alibi, lied to every person that he claims to love.. friends, family, partners at the firm about where he was, while he was getting the sympathy and special treatment because poor Alex lost his wife and son and had to see them like that.. well HE DID IT! HE caused it and now he wants to say he wasn't trying to manipulate people after the fact.

I get that this trial is about the murders, but his character became target #1 when he took the stand. He had a right to remain silent but instead he tried to smooth talk his way out of this like he has done for every other evil deed he was caught committing.

RE: unqualified expert witness.. I really think the point was the person they had testify that her phone would have done XYZ can't be seen as 100% fact either. Truth is that phone may have turned on when it was tossed, it might not have, but to say it 100% would have so it can't be Alex that tossed it is not true. This is what the defense wants the jury to believe.
