I'm not trying to bring attn upon myself....but I want to know if ANYONE (never heard of it) other than myself has one brown freckle up under each pupil...I can give pics if needed....but have never heard of someone like me....as I said b4, some folks think it is neat, some evil....
You could never be evil WR.
:blowkiss:

Mine our blue, children's father had hazel. 1 child has blue, 1 child has hazel.

Mine are blue, both children are blue eyed as well as their father. I am the only child with blue eyes in my birth family....6 of us siblings. Mom had brown eyes and Dad has hazel eyes. I used to wonder if I was adopted but there is too much family resemblance in all of us plus cousins and such. 3 grandparents had brown eyes and 1 had blue.

White Rain-
Are your eyes a very pale blue so that the freckles under the pupils are obvious as soon as one looks at you? I will be looking at eyes much more closely now that you've brought this up. As a portrait painter I have not seen this but it may be my error in observation.
And Hi Cuz  !
hey cuz, lmao...
Nope, the freckles are pretty prominent, but I still think you would have to look closely to notice. I have a dig. camera....I can take a close-up of my eyes...are we allowed to paste pics now or no?

Evil? Jeeze, Louise, Rain! As the French used to say, "Honi soit qui mal y pense." (Roughly, "he who thinks evil does evil.")

Run, don't walk from people like that, my friend.

I have friends of Mexican descent who grew up near the Texas/Mexico border. They said that anyone with blue or green eyes was referred to as having "colored eyes." Because everyone had brown eyes, only having blue or green was noted as being "colored."

I was the only child with brown eyes born to one parent with green eyes and one with brown, and I married a blue-eyed man. Both our children have blue/green eyes.

The weird (my wife thinks it's interesting) is that my eyes change colors depending on what I am wearing. If I'm wearing something blue, my eyes look more blue, if I'm wearing green or black, they look more green. Pretty neat I guess.

My eyes do the same. I have light blue eyes, but if I wear green, tourquise, they look green. If I wear anything gray, they look gray. It really is cool! I never noticed it, but my hubby does.

Hey Marthatex I'll go with you on that one. I like the idea of being related to someone glamerous.

OH God, once looooong ago, in college I dated a guy that was always talking about my eyes. I think he was really serious.

Unfortunately he wasn't very cute. But ohhhh, how I sometimes long for the days of someone talking about my eyes. :)

When you think about it, most people have really beautiful eyes if you really look at them - exotic eyes, smoky eyes, bright blue, greenish eyes. Thick eyelashes, wide eyes, etc.

Eyes are a very mysterious, telling and attractive part of our face.

From Wikipedia:

There is some difficulty in defining the eye color "hazel" as it is sometimes considered to be synonymous with light-brown and other times with dark green.[32][20][25][27][30][33] They have been described as dark green or yellowish brown,[34] or as a lighter shade of brown.[35] Hazel eyes have also been described as being equivalent to a dark green or amber color eyes/light brown.[36] In North America, "hazel" is often used to describe eyes that appear to change color, ranging from light brown to green and even gray, depending on current lighting in the environment.

Hazel eyes are not in the blue family as many people mistakingly believe. My husband has hazel, mine are green and our son has blue. Hubby and I each had one parent with brown eyes and one with blue.

Me, my husband, and one of my two brothers and my sister all have hazel eyes. Mine are an olive green with flecks of brown in them and my daughter does have blue eyes, so I beg to differ.
