--Travis is in the middle of watching or has just watched video lLYD_-A_X5E. On that same page, he sees another video he wants to watch. He clicks on that video and the computer stores this information:

youtube.com/watch?v=ILYD_-A_X5E&feature=related

Dworkin's record explains that his browser "requested" a related video, taking it from the feature video "IlYD" to the "related" video. The related video seems to be:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=qG5EsSLSXP8&NR=1

So what the browser history is telling us is that he stopped watching "ILYD" at 4:08 and started watching "gG5E."

This video is 2:12 seconds long, but there are 2 minutes and 58 seconds between this request and the next request (if I remember how to add time.)

4:11:04am, he clicked another side link for get another video related to the original feature, "ILYD."

The browser request looks this:

(Go From)

youtube.com/watch?v=ILYD_-A_X5E&feature=related

(Go to)

youtube.com/watch?v=K2cYWfq--Nw&feature=related

That sound have landed him here:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2cYWfq--Nw

This video is 3:44 in length. (Travis was jamming. I like this song.)

4:15:13am Travis makes another request:

Go From:

youtube.com/watch?v=K2cYWfq--Nw&feature=related

Go to:

youtube.com/watch?v=alqM0IYeH54&NR=1

This video is 2:49 in length.

We are also told through testimony with Dworkin reading it:

4:24:00am

https://www.youtube.com. Title of the video: Free webproxity-air-proxy.com

4:30:27am--mail.google.com

4:33:55am--www.travisalexander.net/page@2.googlesyncgooglesyndication.com (don't know if this link will work)

4:35:45am--www.travisalexander.net (Willmott didn't want him to read the path.)

The only thing I can't figure out is why there's no "feature=related" for the "gG5E" video, but it could be that it just wasn't viewable as the lawyers pushed the papers around on the projector. I don't know.

The implications are that Travis had just finished the "IYLD" video at 4:08am, and none of the links that have feature=related on the end come up on my screen. I believe it's because it's a log of the computer's and not an active link. That's only a guess, though. I wish they had given us his activity before 4:08am.

I really hope this explains it but my posts get ignored anyways, so....

Your posts do not get ignored by me. You provide really good information in a lot of your posts.

This post, I like! and agree with one possible exception*.

So @4:08, Travis watched two drunk girls (without boxes on their head), dancing to Daft Punk's song/music.

and @4:11 and 4:15, he watched videos of fingers and hands dancing to the same music.

*one possible exception: Travis may have searched for 'IYLD', the one JA described to Flores, prior to 4:08, with intention of watching it, but he may have watched or may not have. No viewing-time for that video was provided by Dworkin. Url for this video was listed under cookies in T's computer. What does this mean? It also has 2 visit counts.

To anyone with a KOC subscription:

There is a post from someone on State vs Jodi Arias (fb) that says JA's first text to Travis was dated 02/01/06, with her telling him that she "needs his help."

This would have been months before the met at the PPL convention.

Is this true? TIA

Yes, it's true. I just checked.

Who's taking the pictures of each of them? Jodi isn't taking a selfie above herself.

This is what I will do. I will go ahead and let you guys have the thread because obviously nothing I say is of value.

Hey don't leave just yet!

It's still an interesting discussion. Once JA confessed, her need to lie about everything decreased and the type of lying she needed to do changed. And based on this on going discussion, back by the actual facts of the case as presented at trial, she wasn't lying about everything even while being interrogated initially in jail. Did they sleep together and take pictures that day? Yes. This is regardless of whether she premeditated the crime or not. It works even better for premeditation, because he'd have had even less reasons to suspect anything was wrong. IMO, she lied less that some on here are willing to accept.

Oh no, please don't think that, I very much enjoy the debate with all POVs being aired and explained, nothing gets accomplished if we all think the same thing or keep our ideas/opinions to ourselves. Please stay on the thread.

What I meant was, in all of the nudes we've seen they aren't in the same pic together. I agree JA is sereptitiously taking the nudes of Travis (no other reasonable way to explain the camera angle/position, imo, in or behind the chair next to his bed) but yes, I do think she is taking the nudes of herself - notice her left hand is not in any of the pics of her (because she's holding the thing she remotely snaps the pic with in that hand, imo).

I want this book, and I want it now!!! :tantrum: My pre-order seems like an eternity ago. I wonder where they are being stored? :happydance:

From the Back Cover

Prosecutor Juan Martinez takes you inside the case that captivated a nation.

Over the course of five years, America watched as Arizona prosecutor Juan Martinez relentlessly battled to convict Jodi Arias for the vicious murder of her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander. The salacious case wrought with sex, manipulation, and deceit rocked the nation as the prosecution exposed shocking evidence of how Arias planned and executed the crime, building an irrefutable case that would result in a guilty verdict and a controversial life sentence.

Now, speaking openly for the first time, Martinez shares the inside story of his tireless work to put Jodi Ann Arias behind bars. Beginning in the hours immediately following the discovery of Travis’ body, Conviction examines every aspect of Martinez’ case, showing how over the course of five years his prosecution came together one piece at a time, and revealing how, almost from the very start, it seemed Arias believed she could get away with murder.

Going inside the case files, Martinez chronicles the truth behind the multiple facades of Jodi Arias—a killer who played the victim with incredible skill, but was capable of unspeakable violence. Shedding light on the never-before-told story behind the most damning piece of evidence against Arias—the gas cans—Martinez recounts how he learned of their existence as well as the lengths he went to in order to ensure that they remained a secret from the public until precisely the right time.

Addressing his critics and supporters alike, Martinez also details his approach during the trial, describing how his much-criticized cross-examination of Arias was actually a highly deliberate and carefully crafted strategy designed to keep a deceitful woman from becoming too comfortable on the witness stand.

Complete with never-before-publicized evidence from the case and sixteen pages of photos, Conviction is the definitive account of the case that shocked America.

I couldn’t help but think Travis must have suffered greatly. I’d seen a lot of crime scenes since I’d joined the homicide unit, and this one spoke to an overkill. This murder seemed so methodical that I didn’t think it was a crime of passion. It seemed less angry and more purposeful. Only later would I find out just how goal-oriented the murderer had truly been; as it turned out, Travis had been killed three times over . . .

My eyes moved slowly around the bathroom one more time. I knew that it would be memorialized in photos and diagrams and that the whole room would be cataloged and measured. I would revisit this disturbing locale many times in the future through the photographs taken and the reports yet to be written, but I wanted to preserve as much as I could in my mind, so that wherever the investigation led I wouldn’t forget the bloody scene now in front of me.

^ I so hope among the 16 pictures are the accidental camera pics, I believe they look much different IRL than the 3rd hand images we've been able to see. I really want digital copies but I'll settle for good, accurate prints of them.

Did they have sex that day? I honestly don't know how anyone can be entirely sure one way or the other.

Because JM essentially stipulated to that doesn't mean he thinks they did, just that he couldn't prove they did not, and that he could make good use of the argument that they did have sex.

Whether they did or did not is meaningless to me in any other way other than in trying to figure out what actually happened and a timeline.

I'd believe they did more readily if:

1. He knew she was coming (don't believe).

2. He had backtracked on his May 26 FU to her (he didn't).

3. He had shown the slightest interest in responding to her after May 26 (he didn't).

4. He had still been depressed and at sea (he was happy and unburdened after May 28).

5. If he had waffled about his newfound certainty she had slashed his tires, stolen his journals, hacked his SM (he didn't).

I just don't see the psychological foundation for him responding to her - the sociopath he declared he HATED- sneaking into his house in the early AM, from 1000 miles away, by saying.. yah baby! Let's do it!

True that it's posted there or true that the text exists?

I found it on BK's, under TA & JA's texts, very first one... seems hinky, what happened to all the other texts I'm sure they had between the first two texts shown there?

Lol, it says "sixteen pages" and I want it all, or at least the metadata for the pics alleged to have been taken on June 4th, though an example of the other alleged 90 pics that were left intact on the memory card would be nice too. :D

Much longer Ryan Burns- related timeline will follow, but here's this.

1. She told Ryan from Pasadena, at 9-10pm on June 3rd that she would be there by noon on June 4. (Clearly impossible).

2. She could have left from Pasadena hours earlier, but chose not to. (Waiting not just for darkness, but for an early AM arrival in Mesa).

3. She knew that the 2nd part of the PPL event she was supposedly going to Utah to attend- as well as to see Ryan- didn't begin until 7pm. (Possible, with excuses, if her intention was to kill Travis in the early AM).

4. She knew Ryan would try to reach her by phone in the afternoon when she didn't arrive, but had phone charger excuse all lined up.

5. She may or may not have anticipated that others would think to call Travis when she didn't show up on time. If it occurred to her, the danger increased with each hour she was late that someone would call and Travis would say she was there.

6. When she finally called Ryan late on the 4th she told him a location specific enough that his father gave directions to relay and estimated it should take her no longer than 7-8 hours, iirc.

7. She arrived instead closer to 12 hours later.

That would be awesome. I just know his book is going to be great. Hard to wait on its release, but it will be worth it. :drumroll:

I want it all too, LMAO

It's a typo, LOL. The brave soul over there had to reformat and retype a huge pile of records to make them usable.

The full text page for Dec. 2007 has correct date- 12/06/07.

But I wonder why any of them would think to try to call Travis since he and the butcheress were no longer together? SMH.

So it does! Literally can't wait!
