It would appear to me that JMM sold the house the JM's daughter for exactly what an appraisal came to. Hence the odd number, $180,344. that way there are no tax problems.

For whatever reason it seems to me that the house is now empty. Perhaps it was a safe house that found other uses. We are assuming that this is the property used by CC and TL but we do not know that.

I believe this is the same house that guarded for some reason right after the murders.

I wonder if one of CC's duties was to keep an eye on this property? I'm thinking that he utilized it as his "Central Command Center". As I mentioned in an earlier post, if he was running surveillance on his wife or anyone else, he would have needed a place to conduct his "covert operations".

Also, I do remember a man in a white truck in maybe one of the news station videos sitting outside a red brick house ...

Major Case Squad detectives continued a search of the property Wednesday night. But the home on Robert Drive in Columbia is not the only home under surveillance. A home where the Coleman family lived three years ago in south St. Louis County was also under watch by an armed guard. That home, when the Colemans lived in it, was owned by Joyce Meier Ministries. That is Christopher Coleman's employer. He worked as a security guard.

Neighbors in the Coleman's old neighborhood have fond memories of the family. "Really nice people," says Mike Houska. "They would cut the grass for the people next door here."

Houska couldn't understand why the Coleman's old home was being watched.

"Kinda weird. They haven't lived there for years," he says.

And, another thought revisited, could CC have gotten involved in the drug trade? I know someone who used to be a drug runner in the early 80's (before she became born again) she ran (drove) between Florida and Michigan.

CC could have made big bucks transporting illegal drugs from the Tampa Bay area to the "Safe House", even if he had only done it a few times. . . As the trusted security guard of an evangelical superstar, and flying on a private jet, he would have been beyond suspicion.

Trying to think what I remember about Tara..She wasnt really in my circle of friends in HS. Alot of us knew her and she was your typical cheerleader type.
I remember Sheri had the locker below mine in HS. She was alot like me in the fact that she would only take one book with her so I saw her between every period. Tara was with her sometimes and for the most part she seemed nice. Sheri and I talked about our families since we both came from an old Italian family.

I talked to Sheri on Facebook like 4-5 months ago, before the whole Fb incident. Weird everything seemed like it was fine in her life. Funny how one persons perception isnt always the reality.

The Tampa area is rife with drugs and drug dealers and gentlemen's clubs, night clubs (ala Casey Anthony) and other facets of the adult entertainment industry including off-track betting, casinos and poker rooms are the prime hangouts for the "party" crowd. If CC wanted to descend into uninhibited hedonism and glorified depravity, he couldn't have landed in a more perfect environment.

With TL's past and connections, she would have been a likely source to introduce him to new entreprenurial opportunities.

That is NOT to say that all folks who attend Derby Lane fall into this category. You can go in the afternoons and find alot of senior citizens betting their pin money

If the house had an armed guard and LE searched the place thoroughly, there must be something we are overlooking or has not been released....
