I've been searching and I'm surprised to not find anything on youtube, except for for very old hearings. Help me, Croakerqueen, you're my only hope!

Wow this is going to be a good trial. The attorneys are already at each others throat. It sounds to me like Cnn will cover the trial online.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Florida juries put Bundy, Rolling, Cooey, and Wuornos on death row. Oba Chandler is on death row, too, and so is Gary Michael Hilton.

The CA jury was kind of a bizarre "Fluke".

IMO, I also think the Prosecuting attorneys really blew it by putting on way way way way too much technical witnesses that lost the jury in all the details. They droned on for days and days, and it got to the point where I think the jury thought the PA was trying to create something that wasnt there or hide something with all the technical stuff.

IMO, they should have streamlined all the technical expert witnesses down to clean and short summaries of what they were tyring to point out. It was way too cumbersome and confusing. I think by the time their experts were done, the jury was left wondering WTH the whole point was.

Like, all they had to do was get a guy on to say chloroform was found in the trunk, then put on next expert witness to point out the next thing, and so on. Just make it clear and concise.

I remember a lot of people saying there was so much evidence, but that was the problem.....Way too much evidence and there was no way the jury was going to even attempt to use it in deliberations. They needed to have it pointed out to them what they needed to remember in very clear and short expert testimony.

Sorry. end rant. :floorlaugh:

I watched some of the CA trial yesterday, just in case my perceptions were skew-whiff and Baez actually won .. how the jury came back with not guilty is still beyond me!

My dentist lets me keep my sunglasses on while he works on my teeth. That's why I love him.

What a great idea! I have light blue/grey eyes and are very senstivie to bright light, I just keep them closed in the chair but sunglasses would make it so much more comfotable. I have a pretty laid back dentist, I doubt he'd mind.

I agree. The reason I want to follow the Zimmerman case is that tall defense lawyer looks ready to fight. LMAO I expert some serious fire works in this trial, and it should be very interesting.

I also already formed my opinion and want to see if I am proved wrong by the evidence. Im currently leaning towards Zimmerman being the one beating up the other guy because of one thing. The way he was following him around and stalking him. When the cops told him to stand down, and he lied to the cops and kept on hunting for the other guy, that told me a lot about him.

I may be wrong and want to watch this trial. It should be a wild one.

I'm catching up on a bit of this Seacat trial..wow, this idiot and his glib demeanor on the stand...wild.

wildabouttrial had a live stream today. I bet they'll be in court for the trial live, as well.

How's this?? I feel like such a dum-dum.
Any Ytubes for dummies??

She's definitely a beauty. Congratulations on getting it to post!

I've had recurrent corneal erosion too! It is very painful and definitely not something I ever want to have again. I was lucky as mine is now gone, but it took a long time. My mom had it also and she had to have surgery on both eyes!

I feel for anyone who has it, it's so painful.

I've had scratched corneas.

I had a 10-1/2 pound baby w/ no epidural

The baby was less painful

I agree Zimmerman is going to have a hard time explaining if he testifies why he followed, when he was specifically told not to. I thought that law was trouble when Jeb Bush signed it. Somebody has to clarify it because to me it's to vague.

I'm from Fl and our jails are just as full as any other state. There are lots of people all over the country that have been found not guilty of a crime. Did you disagree with the Ted Bundy case? I know a lot of people are mad at the Anthony verdict, but nobody knows how Caylee died? You can't assume in the law.

BBM

It appears it was important to you and the juror "Jennifer" to know how Caylee died. It wasn't to me. She was dead, her decomposing body was at some point, in the trunk of Casey's car. Then she threw her body away like she was trash.

And I beg your pardon about assuming. Circumstantial evidence is all about assuming.

If you go to bed tonight and the ground is clear, but you wake up in the morning and it's covered in snow, you can assume it snowed overnight. That's assuming, it's circumstantial evidence, and it's as good as the direct evidence of someone that actually watched the snow fall.

I also don't think the CA jury understood circumstantial evidence. Two cadaver dogs hit on the same spot in the backyard...

There's no way that could be from Caylee "drowning" and somebody setting her in the grass for a moment.

That could only be from CA rinsing the borrowed shovel off in the grass after using it to help get Caylee's remains in the bags from the back of her trunk.

Nobody saw her do it but it's the only logical explantion for both cadaver dogs hitting in the yard. She would have had to rinse it off before returning it to the neighbor.

I'm catching up on a bit of this Seacat trial..wow, this idiot and his glib demeanor on the stand...wild.

He and JA would make an errr interesting couple. No remorse, think they are smarter than everyone even with a mountain of evidence against them and just plain ole scary

They're saying that Seacat is smiling on the stand and that is why he didn't want his face shown. Uh the jury can still see him right. He has no remorse. He was talking about his wife like she was a long lost friend. We see his face throughout the trial but not on the stand? Weird.

I guess the drunk realtor that's going to Disney was actually innocent. She must have been, since that's the way it was ruled.
