I prefer Julia but i can't use that bc its the name of one of an older extended family member that no one talks to. hopefully my family doesn't give me grief over the fact that "Julie" is close to "Julia." And if it's a boy, I'm gonna keep his name james, not go with nicknames like jim or jimmy.

It's not even safe to answer the phone at night any more. So much for the do not call list. I get way too many robo calls and live sales calls.

I may have to change the message on my answering machine to let people know that I'm screening calls before I answer the phone. Ugh.

I believe that this Twitter motion is a fact-finding mission for Jodi. She can't go online herself, but if she's interviewing jurors, she can feed that information to her outside source, perhaps the person who runs her Twitter and website and they can do the research for her. Remember I mentioned Jodi's motion stipulated she wanted unlimited time? Well, of course, she needs unlimited time for her proxy to dig up information on each juror. Do they have young children? Do they like motorcycles? Do they enjoy musical theater? All of that is fodder for Jodi to then personalize her mitigation message to each person. Now, along with teaching sign language and Spanish, and starting reading programs and recycling programs, Jodi will talk about the many books she'll write and illustrate for small children. She'll talk about how she'll never feel the wind in her hair on the back of a motorcycle, or dress up for a date to a Broadway production.

In short, Jodi Arias wants those Twitter accounts of the jurors so she can BECOME the jurors. Just like she has done all her life, she becomes what she needs to become in that moment to get by—whether it's a hot and adventurous lover, or a chaste and innocent school marm on the stand—Jodi Arias needs to transform herself once again, not one time—but twelve!......

She has already been convicted of extreme cruelty why would any judge be willing to hand that information over to defense. And did JM not prove JA was also guilty of witness tampering. The jury is just the next step. Nothing wrong with asking them in Voir Dire if tweeted about the case.

not sure if theres a pregnancy forum on here so I will post this here lol. We aren't finding out the gender, it's gonna be a suprise but we did pick names already lol. Julie for a girl, James for a boy. Any thoughts on those? I'm trying to go with "normal" somewhat "classic" names.

My phone has caller ID on it. I don't answer the phone if I don't know the # or name- just let it go to the message thingy.

I wonder how many times she's donated to Locks of Love? She hadn't had her hair cut during the trial, and stood there in front of the jury, looked them straight in the eye and told them another lie.

So, if they can't sit a jury because of Jodi wanting to know about them, their loved ones, and putting their lives on trial in open court by a psychopathic convicted murder who has no compunction in doing so, I guess it will go to Judge Shriner to decide.

I don't think there would be a problem with handing her a death sentence. She's seen Jodi and her act for years. She knows the lies, she knows all that we haven't heard or seen. She knows the only way to stop Jodi is handing down a death sentence. If Jodi had any chance in hell in a life sentence from Judge Shiner, she blew it by the interview and her actions to date.
