The autopsy photos are very gruesome. But the photos taken during the killing are tolerable. You don't see much other than Travis posing in the shower and then some blurry photos after that. Just avoid the autopsy photos if you can, it's kind of hard, though. Someone posted a link to the killing photos only up thread if you have that. Those ones are ok.

I have never believed those nudes were taken the day of the murder. I know there was a discrepancy in some of the photos having a date stamp and some not. Does anyone remember which pictures varied? When she told Flores those nudes
were taken at a different time, she might have been telling the truth for once.

Yes, from what I heard on the news, but they had flash flood warnings for them... we had almost an inch of rain; which is good for my roses!! Didn't have to water them today! LOL!

The nude pics could easily have been taken some other time, and the card put into Travis' camera on the day of the murder, but in any event, I'm convinced that Travis didn't take them - that she took them herself with the timer. For one thing, they're so unappealing (to put it mildly). Crude, not erotic. For another, I think they were part of a plan - like the pics she took of the "Property of Travis Alexander" t-shirt, etc. - that for some reason didn't pan out. Perhaps simply because she ran out of time. I was listening to a detective the other day, explaining how killers are completely unprepared for the rush of emotions/chemicals etc. after killing, so they lose the plot and make mistakes.

The clue to her purpose has to be that they're nudes, not regular pics. And (if all had gone well) no one was supposed to know she was there that day, so she must have had some plan to manipulate the time stamps, either before or after.

Yes, the ones of her up close and personal and in living color, are much different than the two that were taken from the chair to the left of Travis's bed, and him on the bed all alone.

No doubt the wording of JSS' order is strange, but I can see why the Bishop might not want to be involved, he wouldn't want to break any confidences nor be in trouble with the court if he had to divulge more info than he felt comfortable with. And who in their right mind would want to be involved with this circus under any circumstances? Not much good could come from it.

This made me think of it from my own personal background. I'm a mental health counselor--and even if I WANTED to testify in Court, I would make the side I'm testifying for subpoena me. I would want that in place to definitely send the message that I'm not "volunteering" to break confidentiality. Just my 2 cents.

I've been waiting for her to start telling what she did to Travis that day. She'd recount every stab, every slash. She'd claim it's to clear her conscious, her forgiving Travis and blah blah, but would be tormenting the Alexander family, and makes a place in history. If she did how would you stop her? How would JSS handle Jodi just standing up and doing it right in front of the Alexander family? With the camera's out of there, she'd need another avenue, and this would put her up there with Dennis Rader and others bragging.
