I have never believed those nudes were taken the day of the murder. I know there was a discrepancy in some of the photos having a date stamp and some not. Does anyone remember which pictures varied? When she told Flores those nudes
were taken at a different time, she might have been telling the truth for once.

The alteration of the metadata on those digital image files was far beyond the capabilities of the especially cruel lying torture murderess.

She was so naive and non-technical as to believe that deleting images deletes or automatically overwrites the raw data.

Even now she would be incapable, alone, of spoofing or 'doctoring' the metadata, and never in such a way as to render those actions undetectable.

Also note that neither the Defense nor the State disputed the date/timestamps of those images.

I'd give JM more credit than that as well.

I got ios8 last week and haven't had any problems with it so I don't get why people are moaning about it. I in fact find it a lot smoother.


I have the fix showing ready to be downloaded and installed but I'm not going to bother with it,none of the apparent bugs effect anything id ever do with my phone anyway.

The killer made clear in her post conviction interview that she was depressed at the prospect of life in a prison cell and dreaded that. Her attorneys blew a valve & moved to exit her case, "She'd rather have death?" But if she does avoid the death penalty, we will see her exult in the triumph. She will forget she ever exposed her angst and dread. To her, the win will be all important and if given the opportunity, she will even compare the two juries. It's all show, bluff and pretense, isn't it!

The bug was affecting people's cell coverage and access to their own photos, among other common things. A lot of people on here experienced it, too. I never downloaded the update so I never had problems. I have the new update but am scared to download it.

I have several friends with Apple and they downloaded the ios8. Some of the problems we have are the same and some are different. That is so strange....

I was out of the house today-seems like forever- :sigh:

My son's car needed an oil change and something's wrong with his exhaust, so we dropped his car at the mechanic and went to JC Penney to buy him some dress slacks and shirts.

The we went to BJ's and then to Walmart. I dropped my son off to get fingerprinted for his field assignment and I had to pick up something at Lowes, Smoker's shop, and then went back to Walmart

(forgot something).

Picked my son up after being fingerprinted and came home. :scared:

We're still waiting for the mechanic to call so we can pick up my son's car.

I missed all the tweets from today's hearing- thought it was going to be closed. :sheesh:

I completely agree that she took the nude photos of herself and Travis was not aware when she took the nudes of him. I also don't believe he was aware she was still there when he was in the shower. That was fear in his eyes and not posing. IMO, too, Jodi had the gun or knife on him and he was truly in fear of his life all the while, she was snapping away.

If Jodi is ever released, she WILL kill again. This has been a learning curve for her.
