Oh she is gorgeous! My Morgan plays fetch too, she also brings her wand toy to me when she wants me to "make it go fun again."

Love it! Lily just drags her wand toy around. She also carries around my son's little stuffed black crow in her mouth. It's the cutest thing ever!

Hi all! Was a little lost this ayem with the "combined" thread; but ... what fun!!! As we WSers are all animal lovers, need to tell you a funny (think black humor) story. My house was broken into one afternoon; police arrived; we were reviewing the 'tossed' mess in my bedroom. I picked up an empty wooden box and said, "What? I can't believe they took THAT!!!" They did. "That" was a plastic bag of my cat's ashes. To this day, I'm sure 'da Coop got even when they tried to snort him.

One year, at about 3 am Easter morning, I woke up because my door was opening. I lived alone but was pretty tight with my neighbors so I sat upin bed, bleary eyed, and tried to make out who was in my living room. I, half asleep, mumbled, "Emma, is that you?" (A neighbor's girlfriend). She mumbled back something that sounded affirmative and then got in bed with me. I rolled over and tried to go back to sleep, realized I couldn't and got up, frustrated.

As I was getting dressed I turned on my closet light and at some point looked at this woman, definitely not Emma, or anyone I know! I tried to get her up but she wouldn't get up I pulled the covers off her--she was naked!! I grabbed my phone, went outside and called the police. They came and corralled her and, lucky for me, politely ignored certain herbal supplements on my coffee table.

:jail:
Lol loud thinking About her hiding a gun like she did! Who does that crazy off the hook bat cheet crazy

What mechanically challenged person knows where to put that gun..Cripes, I know the engine gets hot..don't want tape melting..This felon had to do her research

I agree that's what happened here however, how unprofessional is that?????
It's mind boggling really. 90% of all the clients I meet are in denial about what ails them. You don't change the diagnosis because the patient doesn't agree with it though, you work to change the clients thinking so they will cooperate with what's in their own best interests.
If JA is so powerful that all the educated minds around her are cowering in fear of doing what's right, then I will help her file her ineffectiveness of council appeal because her team has failed her miserably. :twocents:

I'm sure they've talked to her until they are blue in the face. They can't go out there and say whatever they want without her cooperation.

WARNING FOUL LANGUAGE!!!!!!!

For Vivian, Sleuthy5 and everybody!!!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JtmgnnMogE

SEGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is so hysterical, I'm crying over here! WHO was the brilliant person who did this???

Now I'm kicking myself doubly hard for missing the boat with GRrrrr today - if I had that video with me to show him, it would have been the BEST THING EVER!

Thanks, that was just great....

When I walked in during VIS I saw a CMJA looking rather odd..She appeared to morph into victim statements .nodding, nose tears, nodding agreement to the pain expressed to when Jury left..Nothing... Just my observation and MHO

Interesting. This jury figured her out a long time ago! I thought it looked like Willmott was keeping herself very busy writing notes and ignoring the convicted murderer.

Let's start over. She was CHARGED with burglary in the Murder ONE felony charge(s) in MC Arizona. There were 2 Murder ONE charges. ONE was for PRE-MED and the OTHER was Murder one (burglary). For some reason you keep denying that. ??????. I already linked the charging documents where it was plainly stated. The jurors found her guilty of that burglary CHARGE by a vote of 7 to 5 along with 12 that said pre-med also.

JM had every right to refer to that in his closing arguments since he presented "evidence" that was submitted to the court.

Sort of like KN put forth "evidence" that JA SAID TA abused her by hitting her in the face/neck and broke her finger. There was NO proof of that, but KN can and did refer to that abuse in his closing arguments since that was evidence in this case.

Burglary is NOT just theft of an item(s) per links I provided. I think the term "burglary" is tripping you up and that you think it means stealing something tangible. It does not per statute in Arizona that I linked.

Maybe the best is for you to take this ?/quandary to our LEGAL thread here and a real lawyer can explain better than me. We'll agree to disagree here since I cannot explain it even better with all the links I provided. Luv ya. :seeya:

Oh I misunderstood him and you. :floorlaugh: But yes, I agree. He did prove the burglary charge (being in someone's home unlawfully and then comitting a felony or theft) in Arizona. Totally unrelated to the theft in California.

Small town. Teachers who are oblivious. New friend of my son. See him on playground after school, crying hysterically. Ask- what's wrong? Answer... I accidentally hurt someone so bad he just got taken away in an ambulance. But, there is no ambulance, which I say to him 3 times, and he replies 3 times, yes there was. Then he says... my mother is going to punish me so bad for this. I say, whatever happened, I'm sure it was an accident and your mom will understand. He says, you don't know my mom (which is true), then says, she is going to beat me so bad. I ask-- you mean spank you, right? And he said, no, she beats me. Then cried more.

He's come over to our house 3 times since, and each time I have seen more and more subtle signs of what I'm pretty sure is emotional abuse. I've never seen bruises or broken anything, but don't think that is necessary before someone needs to worry about this child.

Experience with this, please?

i was going to ask you if you had kid(s) the age of the child, and now i see that you do.

i'm not sure how to advise you with regard to reporting it, as ive never been faced with something like this. the one thing i can offer is this: be a friend to this child! offer him respite from his own home envirnoment. maybe it will help you gleen more, if not, at least he can learn that all adults aren't bad, and that he has a safe haven, especially if he learns that your home is somewhere he can trust, and go to if need be.

i know that when we were kids, my parents were very, very open and inviting to all of the friends that my brother and i had. there was literally an open door policy, and i can't tell you how many times we had someone in our home b/c they would rather be at our house than their own. there were countless holiday dinners that included wayward friends of my brother and i, and it left a powerful impression on both of us. i have the same policy now in my own home, and as my daughter enters her teenage years, i can already tell that we will be sheltering kids from unfortunate situations.

offering up my prayers for this child, and your family as well. please let us know how you make out (((hugs)))

Watching ID channel, didn't get the womans name but they said she was bipolar and having hallucinations. Like drinks with razors in them and children with tails. That is not bipolar! Why do I bother to turn this stuff on?

Hi everyone,

Just popping in to say that juror 8 is fixing to be back on dr. Drew in a minute or maybe they're just talking about him...can't tell yet

... I understand how Travis kept falling back under her spell. I am amazed at how many people could be furious and see her evil in bashing TA in an interview 20 minutes after her murder 1 conviction, yet one week later, they believe she suddenly is broken, and feels remorse!!! WHAT...NO!

What really stood out to me about her cry was that her body language was not of shame or remorse. She was facing the jury shoulders and back straight, almost as if she wanted them to see her crying, and give the impression 'see how devastated I am' Yeah, problem is she is devastated for herself, of what she will miss with TA of what she feels he 'made' her do, but she is not devastated for taking him from his family, and friends. She saw him as only hers; she cries for her own pain, not for the pain of others she has hurt through her actions. I am not sure she ever will get it.

ITA. Note, too, the difference in her posture during the VIS and JM's "aggravating" presentation (those horrific ME photos). It's all an act. And, after re-watching her Crying Game, I must admit: I agree with several WS posters who think her eyes were smiling. Didn't see it at first. MAYBE that's just the way JA's eyes look when she's sad/grieving; but it WAS strange.

After seeing where Arias has to stay for now - if it weren't for the Alexander's need for closure, she could stay right where she is forever IMO.
When she gets on death row, she'll be allowed a television (and another appliance) which she has no access to at the moment.
One down side is the visitors she is allowed now, but I love the isolation and restrictions in place, and the lack of even hearing another's voice (TV) is a plus. Her need for attention, manipulation of others, and the restriction of and her incessant talking is the perfect deprivation for this psychopath.
I wonder if she'll still be able to receive the newspaper on DR.

BBM: If Jodi has half a brain that 2nd APPLIANCE should be a FAN! But this is Jodi and she will probably want a battery operated "personal device" IYKWIM.

Believe me, I'm so afraid to fly, I listen to every word. :scared:

Awww. We were on a flight a few months ago. I hate flying only because I hate the hassle. No fear. I know the drill. Yet this Flight Attendant had my full attention. I thought i was at a musical. She had the hand jives going and I think she even threw in a couple of twirls. Got my attention lol.

Aw, Schuby, that's funny!!

I love my neighbors, too.....but the day they climb in bed with me, I gotta tell you, I'm not rolling over!!!

Lmao!!!

Stephen said Travis said she was the prettiest little girl ever, or something along those lines. JA was probably crying tears because she's just that effing JEALOUS! Nobody but JA deserved Travis' affection or adoration.

Yes, something about that set her off... I'm not sure what. Other than now she will never have the chance! I agree she'd see a baby as a threat, but I don't think she knows it.:twocents:

Hi everyone,

Just popping in to say that juror 8 is fixing to be back on dr. Drew in a minute or maybe they're just talking about him...can't tell yet

Looks like Dr. Drew's co-host is getting fashion tips from the mitigation expert!

I noticed the tears didn't start until SA mentioned Travis holding his daughter.
The killer wanted a baby with Travis after all IMO.

I know "Juan's got this" but I sure wish he could show the tape of Det F and Jodi when she started crying. In Det F's sweetest voice, he asks Jodi if the reality of what she had done was finally sinking in.....and through her tears, she answers, no....I was just thinking of all the things I'm gonna miss out on. I want the jury to understand that the tears she cried during the family's statements had nothing to do with remorse. It was all about her, and what she was suffering. I just want the jury to know....she has no feelings for others, and that she went on national TV and trashed the family just days ago. Don't believe anything you think you see coming from this woman!

Since everybody's posting cute pics of their sweet pets, here's mine. Introducing Sebastian, the chinchilla:

Oh, my niece had a chinchilla that would curl up under my chin and sleep on my chest.....so soft and cuddly!
