putting money on Oxbow! I was thinking that you must have made some $$. Geez.....that is disappointing. It was a fun race though...and yes, Gary Stevens deserves lots of praise (and Oxbow too) :cheers:

p.s. I love squirrels....I have never thought of them as being smelly but I have never got close enough to one to smell it. :seeya:

Regarding DB.. Jodi Ann does a lot of projecting. It is possible that she herself was a botherer of children?

Or he was and she knew it ( transfering this to her defence on Travis) and he knew HER secrets so that is why they have nothing but loverly things to say about each other?

My daughter lives in NY, now works down the shore. My son lives with me, son tells daughter he will pick her up from work tonight. Daughter calls me, son does not show up and guess who is now going to drive down the shore to pick daughter up??? errrrrr
 
I found it interesting that the circumstantial evidence in this trial which pointed toward premeditation mirrored another big murder trial from a couple years ago--the trial of Marni Yang who murdered the pregnant girlfriend of former Bears football player Shaun Gayle:

1- a gun went mysteriously missing from Marni Yang's home.....the same type of gun used to kill the woman and her unborn child. (she was 7 months pregnant!)
This said gun later was revealed by her to have been tossed in a bucket of wet cement and thrown in a Chicago garbage bin (whereas Jodi tossed hers in the Hoover Dam)

2- Marni Yang wore a wig and sunglasses as a disguise. (Jodi dyed her hair)

3- Marni rented a car and had it delivered to a friends home. She used stolen license plates that she found somewhere and attached to the rental car. Jodi had some random plates on her rental car upside down! "those crazy kids" rolls eyes

4-Like Jodi, Marni rejected a bright blue car (Jodi a bright red one) from the rental agency.

Because we have the moratorium on the death sentence here in IL, Marni Yang received 2 life sentences for the expectant mother and child.....without possibility of parole.
In AZ, Jodi will certainly receive the DP.
 
This might be a long shot, but I'm going to ask anyways! Does anyone here have experience w/ supervised visitation... specifically what to do when the visits aren't supervised by a professional (mutually agreed upon 3rd party for now), and the visiting parent does the darn exact thing the Judge took away his unsupervised visits for to begin with? And the visiting parent is supposed to get a few more hours of supervised visits tomorrow... If you have advice PM me please!!!
