:). I knew you would be here this morning. Thanks for all the good posts.i am headed to the doctor but will be back later, Lord willing. Just wanted to say good morning to everyone. :)

Btw, looks like DeMarte has a birthstone on her right hand. Maybe a Sapphire? Wonder if she is a Virgo. :)

I love reading his blog. I pick up on things that I had missed during the day.
My question is did DeMarte actually go and see Matt Macrtney to get his statements?
I am glad the quote about her destructive behavior was brought in.

One more thing regarding MDLR and not related to Paul Sanders article. What are her credentials. I have read somewhere to be a mitigation specialist you are suppose to have a background in social work. She is not one I would tell my problems to if that is the case. She does not know how to deal with people. That is very clear from her tweets. Very unprofessional.
She feeds into the anger of the JA followers.
 
Snowing here again. Looks like I will be late going in to work. This weather is very inconvenient. It's only suppose to be around an inch or two and stop by mid morning. There is another storm coming our way that at this moment is predicted to be Sunday, Monday into Tuesday. It could dump another foot. The temps are going to drop to below freezing. I swore I read this winter season was not suppose to drop much snow in this area. This truly stinks.

I am thinking she interviewed Matt and Darryl both by phone. I agree about MDLR. Could she be more unprofessional? I don't think so!
 
I'm going to revise my opinion about court sources:

Twitter + Beth Karas + The 13th Juror (Paul Sander)

The combination of all 3 seem to bring it all together. What one doesn't express, another will fill in the gaps. We're pretty fortunate to have these resources!!!!

RANCHGIRL..........seriously, calving season and no pics?!?!?! Give me a calf for about 24 hours, then "mom" can have them back, lol! Love the open range cattle out here, but spent one spring checking "3 stripers" for the guy I was running the pre-race barn for. Every morning, walk the field, and look for little lumps of fur with steam coming off of them, and make sure no one threw out their placenta. It's amazing how much of what we would think is trauma, a cow can go through without missing a step.

The guy I was getting oat hay from bought this champion breeding bull, for some crazy reason, and it got bloat. There wasn't a vet around who did cattle or was on call. So who did he call? LOL!

First time I ever used a trochor and cannula, pushed it in, pulled the cannula out and whoa!!!! Amazing! Bull was up in mere seconds and ready to run me and the handler up the 6 foot round pen wall! Was a fantastic learning experience, and one I later used with goats and other neighbor's dairy cows.
 
I think Lawrence is going to stress that missy:jail: is too "mentally ill'- the poor dear :crying:- to have known right from wrong at the time of the "incident" and not responsible for her actions because she is sooooooooooo "sick". (pfttt).

He wants everyone to know that missy:jail: does have an adjustment disorder and does have BPD, just as Dr. Demarte had said yesterday, but instead of just being personality disorders, Lawrence will try to get Dr. Demarte to say that missy:jail: is insane- too insane to be given the DP.

So now Lawrence wants everyone to believe either that she is "not guilty by reason of insanity" or "guilty but mentally ill". I know that sounds ridiculous about the "not guilty", but, to me, this retrial has not been about her so-called mitigating factors at all, but about her guilt. We'll see what Lawrence will do today.
