I don't think it is anything more then that but we will have to wait for a leak to come out in the next 36 plus hours from the other side.

Am sure there is no trial because the supreme court of Arizona announced they would be hearing the Arias case tomorrow.

I hated the one or two about the exchange of passwords. (How could that be intrusive, or something like that) There WAS NO exchange! Jodi made sure to get that in as early as possible even when Flores was interviewing her. I think she was afraid that LE could somehow tell she was logging in to his accounts, even after she hammered the heck out of her hard drive. Or that maybe it would show up on TA's computer. She was still Premeditating/POSTmeditating even after the murder!!! No way in Hell did they "exchange passwords"... He even changed his, and she still found a way to hack into it.
Of course in court, everything she says that TA can't dispute becomes a damn FACT :dervish:
 
I've been watching their suits and think Nurmi wears lower quality attire, as you mentioned. You can tell by looking at the collars of the jackets. Juans look more expensive, excellent quality and fit him well. :) IMO My dad used to get his clothes from Saks, etc. which were tailored and fitted well. Not that it really matters. With the weight loss maybe Nurmi doesn't want to invest in better quality in case his weight fluctuates?

Went over the questions again. It really sounds like they just want to have solid answers to their questions after Nurmi's cross of non-epic proportions.

The big one was you have to have "memory" to have PTSD. "Fog Gone". PTSD has to have memory to be valid. CMJA sited 2 experiences, or was it 3? Held at knife point as a young teen, attack by 2 ninjas. And now, murdering Travis. None of them fit.
Avoidance is a MAJOR factor.
I was diagnosed 25 years ago with PTSD. A trauma that continued until I was 12, I had blacked it out, but I had triggers, I had avoidance, I had intrusive thoughts, I self medicated. I had fears I couldn't connect.

If CMJA did have PTSD....................even if she had blacked it out, she did things that were not in concert with PTSD. After killing him, leaving Travis messages, texting him, going to his memorial, buying a gun, having knives in her possession, etc. Spending time with Ryan in Utah (can you say "doppelganger?) who was male, Mormon, worked for PPL, grinded, and had a "love sack" within 24 hours after the murder? That's like a veteran with PTSD, going back into the same war torn neighborhood where he had his trauma, seeing and experiencing very similar or same situations, and announcing "No big deal". A veteran with War related PTSD more often than not, jumps at a car's backfire, has a tendency to sit with his face towards the door, is always watchful, many times will refuse group therapy because it's "too real". They avoid places that are similar to where their trauma happened............I could go on and on.

I thought the questions were good. JMO though.

I was on the "Dark Side" yesterday, and there was talk of an "Omnibus Hearing" last Friday.
Was there? If there was, wouldn't that cause a delay?

There was also a juror who was really coughing this morning? One of Jen's 1st tweets.

Here's a reality check: no matter what the jury decides, Arias is going to Perryville for life. Even if she gets a DP sentence she will not actually be executed, as the last woman executed in AZ was 80+ years ago and there are 100+ death row prisoners ahead of her even then. Either way, she'll die in prison. She'll never be free. You can take that to the bank! This phase is really more show and symbolism than anything simply because in the end she'll still be serving what is life in prison.

One thing to remember is that we don't know when the questions were written. They could have been before Juan did his redirect that did answer a lot of the fertilizer brought out v by kn.
