I'm reading BK's concise notes on her site. KN saying Geffner will not be available to testify until 2/25 and 26. Fonseca will not be ready until 18 and 19 of Feb. will take two days each. Judge unhappy. She wants trial to end.

I am disappointed with prosecutions case during sentencing. Centered on rebuttal of *advertiser censored* instead of all that Jodi has done. Now prosecutor is saying that he is done after Dworkin testifies tomorrow. This was all a joke, IMO. I will not spend my next two weeks listening to Fonseca and Geffner lie.
