per BK: sidebar over but nothing resolved. Now holding the hearing regarding MDLR being taunted. Ugh
 
I truly wish that judge would demand they testify NOW~~if unable physically than by phone. I would also love her to contactvthem. I'm over this and the games they play!!!!
 
Interesting day on the farm......feed store put the wrong color and type of panels on their delivery truck...........like, REALLY? I purchased them at the store, walked out to the panels, showed the clerk what I wanted, geesh.........stay tuned...........

Because it was nothing. The whole thing was ridiculous and when Nurmi told the judge the mit specialist had been "racially attacked" what was the judge to do? She didn't witness it. Now she knows... and we all know- IT WAS NOTHING!
 
Update.....brown panels and gate section are loaded........let's see if the feed store got it right this time!!!!

And, I've just been informed that there was a 2nd break on the bone next to the original one, checked the x-ray..........AURGH!!!! So NOW the Doc tells me WHY they're sending me to the Orthopedics!!!!

This is what is known as an "Adventure" in the life of me, LOL! Wonder what other surprises are around the corner?
 
The "racist" stuff was ridiculous. The person who admits singing the song has a story to excuse it on her "live blog" on FB, but (IMO) it sounds like it was a childish, impulsive stunt. MDLR should have either ignored it or confronted them face to face if she truly thought it was aimed at her. It's ALL childish, but I hope that MDLR takes a good look at her own behavior now. You reap what you sow, and her posting the things that she does only exacerbates the already hostile atmosphere on social media. You know good and well that she has influence over what's posted on the Arias Updates Twitter account, and she didn't bat an eye over them posting *actual* racial slurs against Juan. Pffft. Just so much adolescent melodrama...it's a murder trial FFS.
 
Anyone agree with me that Juan Martinez would have had the Hughes, Taylor Searle, and all the rest testifying for the State IF THEY HAD KEPT THEIR MOUTHS SHUT AND STAYED OFF TV and IF THEIR FINGERS HAD NOT BEEN TYPING THOSE EMAILS TO TRAVIS about poor Jodi and TO SKY'S FRIENDS spreading the pedophilia story from the defense team?! Shame on them!! The jury must be wondering why none of Travis's friends came to court. I sure would be.
With friends like them, Travis didn't need enemies. And of course, he was sleeping with the enemy. Poor Travis. I feel so bad for his family. MOO.

My 1st ex hubby had a totally different rendition that I wouldn't DARE put up! LOL!

It's just the same old silliness like the song "On Top of Old Smokie" or "Daniel Boone", as kids everyone did their own thing with it.

For some reason, I don't think the people singing it to MDLR knew what they were actually saying if it was done in Spanish....:thinking:

Yep. You said it.
If anything is learned about this particular case, in the "legal sense", attorneys LIE. They can say and insinuate anything they want to because no one can hold them accountable. Nurmi won't get even a slap, because his "team" was going off CMJA's word. "Hey, that's what my client told me!"



And HLN is evil..........they should have stayed far away from any potential witnesses, but it's all about ratings, dontcha know?

I think the only friend who was there for Travis on the stand was Deanna. She was there to do the "right thing", regardless of criticism, embarrassment, or ridicule. She had nothing to gain, and potentially a lot to loose. JMO.......

I say "blog" (what she calls it), but it's just a FB page. Take note of the comments posted to the page on the left, where someone posts a screenshot of the author's comment about the incident. The author/"blogger" has since deleted that comment (why, if you did nothing wrong?).

I hate that someone would cause more of the court's time to be wasted over a silly, childish stunt. Grow the f up, seriously. This trial needs to end and justice needs to be served.

The "blogger" claims the song was about a restaurant? What restaurant, pray tell? Going to have to google that one, never heard of the Cockroach Cafe.........

The commentators (on the left side) are leaving some posts I hope the blogger takes to heart. If you write it, say it, do it, then own it!
