Why no hearing on the "prosecutorial misconduct" today? Maybe the Courts are tired of this nonsense, too.

I just may follow Dalia Dipolito re-trial. But do I really want to get that involved in another case that has a defendant who reminds me of Jodi? Not the crime, but the personality, seems similar. I have not followed Dalia's case so far ...... maybe I will. She has the acting skills of JA, for sure.

I too would like to know what trials folks are following next. The trials I have followed from the beginning, and will follow (two may attend also) which have theads at WS, .....

1) Erin Corwin - Christopher Lee had an affair with her, allegedly murdered her and discarded her in mine shaft.
2) Heather Elvis - South Carolina - Abducted/murdered alleged... by the cheating husband Sidney Moore and the cheating husbands wife Tammy Moore.
3) Cooper Harris Trial - 18 month old baby left in HOT TEMPS in car to die at Home Depot offices in Atlanta area

and..........Two others that have not arrested anyone (Georgia cases)

Oh, and Andrea Sneiderman... today :denied: for new trial and redo on her conviction.

I hope your foot is getting better, Bernina. I've been busy at work, reading when I can. As far as the progress in this trial goes, no doubt the defense will go on doing what they're paid to do: DELAY. There's no way this trial will be over by the 26th, just as it was not over on Dec. 18. JMO...!!

Good morning all. Well , we got a snow dusting and the roads are icy. I did not go to work. Most people I work with are at work, but I am not taking the chance of hitting black ice. They can call me if needed.

I look forward to hanging with my dear friends today.

I plan on sitting in the sunroom with Waylon and my iPad. The snow dusting is pretty.

ItA everything has been said over and numbingly over!!!! Can't even imagine what is left. If we are over it can you imagine what the jurors must feel sitting thru it yet again. the defense just doesn't get the it's best to leave somethings alone--i think at this point the trial isn't about murderer but how "evil" Travis was to poor poor jodi
