Maybe the jury has latched onto thinking that since both the State and DT said she had Borderline Personality Disorder, that she is mentally ill. The difference between a personality disorder and a mental illness did not seem to be adequately differentiated IMO.

And how do they reach a consensus and not give up their beliefs, opinions, personal convictions? Someone or some will have to give up to reach a "consensus".

It's gonna be a hung jury, IMO. Some people might stick to their guns (and I wouldn't blame them).

I need a couple of cigarettes now. I'm sick.
